Mar 02,2025Be very careful with this clinic. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing proper patient care. When I asked important questions, the coordinator was rude and told me I "talk too much" just because I needed two implants. Here are the questions I asked: Do they have insurance in place if something goes wrong?What is the doctor's success rate?Can I get a written treatment plan?Is there a warranty on the implants? These are basic questions every patient should ask, yet they acted like I was a problem for asking them. If this is how they treat you before payment, imagine after. Proceed with caution

Feb 25,2025We did so much research on smilepod before choosing them and I have to say were so happy we did. They are all so lovely in the clinic and make you feel welcome, dr riza is excellent at the work he does i could not recommend him enough hes fantastic., also Mehmet helps you with absolutely anything hes fabulous. iv been to other clinics in antalya and I have to say Dr riza explains everything in detail and doesn't make you feel rushed, were so happy with the results wayne has finally got his smile back 😊👏

Jan 22,202510 out of 10 on absolutely everything In uk I was a very nervous patient however Doctor Rizza and his team made me feel at complete ease , everything was explained to me in fantastic English no talking above my head in Turkish. I’m over the moon with my teeth 5 on 5 they look and feel amazing After my first visit for my implants and temporary teeth on my return to uk I went to my husband private dentist and he confirmed he couldn’t of done a better job himself. I tell everyone about smilepod as they are amazing 🤩 they are a small family dentist but when your with them for dental work your made to feel part of the family and I’ve met a few people who have had aftercare and again it’s been 10 out of 10 smilepod all the way 😀

Dec 06,2024Absolutely over the moon with the treatment I had. Dr Rizza Aydin his wife Dr Özge Aydın, Elham, Mehmet and the whole team make you feel like family!!! I had full mouth extraction, sinus lift, bone graphs, all on 6 top and all on 5 bottom. I love the temporary teeth I have and carnt stop smiling. Everyone back at home compliments on my teeth and these are only my temps!!! Am booked in for my final visit in June 2025 and can not wait to meet team again and get my finals. If you want the best look no further I done over 2 years research on loads of different dentist in Antalya and Marmaris, before picking smilepod. Even brought my friend with me (jimmy) who just took my word and he also had full mouth construction and carnt stop smiling. Just book here and save your time, this is not a convayer belt style like most, it's one on one, and you will become part of the family... See you in June smilepod family 😁🙏👌🤟

Nov 14,2024Apologies to Smilepod for the delayed review. Without going into to too much detail I had the most awful experience not just once but three times with another dentist/cosmetic dentist in Turkey. My mental health was affected so badly I lost all my confidence, I wasn’t able to go out socially with my partner, children, family or friends. Luckily I found a lady who had been to Smilepod and she reassured me that I would be looked after by the team. I reached out to Smilepod and spoke with Elham. What an absolutely amazing, kind and empathetic person. She again gave me reassurance and answered all my queries promptly. I finally made the decision to go ahead. Dr Ozge was in charge of my treatment and again what an absolutely amazing person. I found the process extremely overwhelming, I was an emotional wreck and Dr Ozge recognised this and reassured me through out. I still have a long journey ahead but anyone who is considering dentistry/cosmetic work I absolutely recommend Smilepod. I am now able to go out with my children and continue to make memories. Thank you Dr Ozge and the Smilepod team.

Nov 02,2024Finding the best dentist is going through a minefield. I joined many forums and groups and after talking to the people who went from UK to Smilepod that had positive experience I picked smilepod I Had 4 root canals and one extraction with crowns. The whole team of Smilepod gives you a proper family vibe,atleast this is how I felt. Dr Rizza the dentist is one excellent dentist who is god gifted in his professional field.I cannot thank him enough for everything. Please remember that everyone's journey is different. Thank-you so much to the whole smilepod team.

Oct 15,2024Just a quick update. As you will go back in the reviews I have been with smilepod end of April/May. My experience was brilliant the 1 st time although I think that I have an update for people who are worrying about aftercare. I had some issues with my front 4 teeth which was bothering me- nothing to do with dr Riza work and I have contacted the clinic after 6 months from my previous treatment and I have to say the after care is amazing !! I got a reply straight away and both dr Riza and Elham just told me to come over and they will fix it- and they did !!! Amazing job !!! For anyone who wants to get their teeth done and know that if something goes wrong they have something to fall back on Smilepod should be your choice - they are just brilliant in every single way . I could not thank them enough for everything what they have done for me - I’m happy I choose the clinic which not only does amazing smiles but also look after you if you need them even though in my case my treatment was half a year ago . I was made to feel safe and calm and was so well looked after from start to finish. I would recommend Dr Riza to anyone. Elham really looked after me keeping me updated of appointments and treatment - every step was fully explained . I experienced no actual pain and any concerns were addressed immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic

I was made to feel safe and calm and was so well looked after from start to finish. I would recommend Dr Riza to anyone and I have done many times since I have been. Elham and Mehmet really looked after me keeping me updated of appointment times and accompanying me to the clinic. I just don’t have enough positive words to describe my experience.

I had 25 crowns done and had little to no pain! Smilepod changed my life, finally smiling again without shame or hiding my teeth! Thank you again smilepod for everything, especially Elham and Özge 🫶

You’re in excellent hands with this clinic.. very personal professional and my teeth are perfect. Husband and wife team which is what I wanted as the bigger ( usually more expensive) clinics you could be seeing different dentist every visit but smile pod ain’t like this .. Sep 27,2024I have nothing but praise for the smilepod team i first visited for a consultation 1yr ago while on holiday i had free xrays and a detailed plan was drawn up there was no pressure i new straight away this is where i wanted to have my implants and crowns after 2 years of researching different dentists. I went away spoke to my family then booked for the first part of my journey communication with elmham was always prompt and she answered all my questions when i arrived for the first part of my journey i went alone i was picked up from the airport and elham met me at the hotel to bring me to my first appointment i was put at ease the minute i walked in by all the staff Dr Riza was very professional and friendly the procedure was explained to me again and the original plan and price was the same as my original consultation i had 6 implants 2 bone grafts and 2 sinus lifts there was no pain or bruising even tho i new it could be a possibility i was given antibiotics and pain relief to take home. I waited 7 months for everything to heal and returned for my final teeth i had 24 crowns again there was no pain.And wow when i looked at them for the first time i was overwhelmed i could of cried with happiness i felt like me again… It can be daunting going abroad but this was the best thing i could of done and i cant thank Dr Riza,Ozge mamut,mehmet,elham enough and i will definitely come back for checkups a good dentist is hard to find.. Sep 27,2024I am halfway through my treatment plan with the first trip out of the way. All I can say is wow. I had a phobia of dentists and from the off I was made at ease and so comfortable. They didn’t judge and they were extremely friendly and professional. I arrived and the clinic was spotless, and everyone there was very helpful. Pre treatment everything was explained clearly by the team who spoke perfect English and I was straight into the chair, which for me was perfect because it didn’t allow me much time to be worried and overthink about the treatment. Regarding the treatment, I couldn't actually believe how painless it was. Out of all the needles, I may have felt 3/4, and from there on in I was pain free (nobody believes me when I tell them about how pain free the whole experience was, because let’s face it, the UK dentists do hurt!). I cannot thank the dentist and the team enough for the way they were with me. I put my ear pods in and was probably a nuisance tapping away at the AirPod. Post treatment, Elham took me across to the pharmacy where I paid for my prescription and off I went back to the hotel. I was numb for a few hours and the bleeding continued (this is normal). Once the bleeding stopped, and I could swallow properly, I started on my pain killers and from that moment I’ve never had any pain.. The pain was only ever a dull ache from the treatment. I have a low-ish pain threshold and it was 4/10 for pain, if that! (It was only from the needles). It honestly shocked me and I have never looked back. I am so glad I made the plunge and went ahead with the treatment as it is something that has been on my mind for years!! I am already looking forward to return to get my final smile, and see the team at smile pod. I owe them the world for my smile. Thankyou😁

Sep 26,20243 weeks since I left Smilepod with a new smile, and I couldn't be happier. I had friends that had already visited Smilepod and had unbelievable results, so I had no concerns when booking. I wanted natural looking teeth, but still a nice whiter smile and they 100% delivered. The procedure was completely pain free, the meticulous detail that went into fitting my final teeth and ensuring I had perfect bite, completely exceeded my expectations, and I have had zero pain or sensitivity since. After years of being conscious about my teeth and closed mouth smiling in photos, it’s an unbelievable feeling to be able to smile with confidence again, and have people comment on how nice my teeth are.

Had all my teeth removed and had the all on 5 dental implants fitted along with my temporary teeth this week. The care was truly personalised, with a one-on-one approach that I feel you won’t find in a big clinic. Elham and Dr Riza have been amazing. Answered every question and put my mind at ease at every step of the way. The experience was completely pain-free, and every penny spent was well worth it.
