Proper packaging of the goods. smow site: one of the best I have seen, well structured, good presentation, good summary/selection of the objects, easy to use, a clear orientation towards business. It is the first time that I purchase a piece of furniture online and it went well. I chose to do it as I did not find any shop in Wien to display the furniture that I have bought. However, there are details of the object that you cannot see in a picture (e,g. the precise colour, the joints, the proportion, the feeling of the material). That is why I consider a certain risk of buying online, especially if you care a lot about the feeling that the item gives to your room. The possibility of returning the goods offers you a safety net, but the action needed is not very comfortable, especially if you have a busy life. Thank you.
