Jan 08,2024Highly recommend Snag Pro Scotland. Derek spent the full day, thoroughly checking our home, finding faults we would never have known of. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely feel it was excellent value for money, his report was extremely detailed and with us within a few hours. We could then confidently pass this onto our site manager, ensuring we would get all the issues he highlighted sorted. Overall, an excellent service and I would recommend to everyone.

Grant was great to work with, very respectful towards my home, and picked up many things that I personally never would have. The report is a great thing to be able to show to the developer to get the most important bits sorted. Definitely worth the money on such an expensive investment. The drone footage was a great bonus to have as well. Thanks!

His attention to detail was spot-on and lots of issues were identified that I would never have noticed myself within the first 10 days in order to report them to our developer. Although mainly cosmetic issues were found, there were some bigger issues that we would have never had the knowledge or expertise to notice ourselves - worth every penny for the reassurance alone. Report was received with great video and drone footage to back up where needed. Thanks so much!

The report came through in no time at all and Grant was amazing from start to finish. He was respectful in our new build home taking care to wear foot protectors and respect our property. He spent a long time thoroughly inspecting our property and was knowledgeable. After service since receiving the report has been helpful and brilliant too. Would definitely recommend these guys if you want a thorough professional snagging service on your home.

At first when I was looking for a snagging company most people’s opinions was that a family/friend in a trade could do that, but they really couldn’t and the reports and files that was provided proved that! Everyone was shocked at the detail included on the reports and the videos that was shared for us to see. The service we received was amazing, really nice, professional guy. The investigation he does on the house is amazing thanks to the knowledge and tools he has, real peace of mind for us. And like others have said, it’s nice that he also tells you what’s good about the house. Highly recommend this company!
