Sep 07,2021Booked a holiday with SNO for six people to Andorra. Paid a deposit. After 5 days SNO told us they made a mistake and wanted more money and meals/drink/ski pass/ ski hire was no longer included and we would have to pay more. After contacting them to try and sort out they blamed another company called Inghams that they said they book there holidays through. Obviously the legal ramifications of this are that sno are responsible for the holiday as they have taken the deposit and held it now for over five days and as such I may need to take legal recourse to claim any difference between a holiday that I will now try to book with another holiday agent. Our advise is to keep away from these crooks.

Jan 25,2020We booked with SNO for the first time for our Christmas skiing holiday 2019. Ross was absolutely outstanding and he worked so hard to find us the right accommodation to suit us fussy folk. Being Christmas, we wanted to get the right place, and Ross did just that. The booking was seamless, Ross responded to all my emails and telephone calls with such efficiency and speed. And, sorted out our enquiries, providing clear understandings and outcomes. He also booked our ski passes, hire and transport. All done for us, which made it simply stress free. From the time we reached our airport to arriving at the destination, everything was just perfect. Our accommodation, fabulous. I would highly recommend SNO and Ross, as he works so hard to make your experience the best. Putting us the customer first at all times. We holiday every Christmas skiing and already booked for 2020 Christmas ski trip, and currently booking another in March 2020 through Ross, at SNO. Our return to SNO is a testament to Ross. We sincerely thank him.

Nov 08,2015Sno offered us great advice and took all the stress out of arranging a big group ski trip, they helped us pick the right chalet at a price that suited our group and still bang in the centre of Chamonix. I can't thank everyone at Sno enough for putting together a great package and a perfect ski holiday and will definitely booking again.

Sep 20,2011If you're tired of trawling dozens of ski holiday websites, check out SNO Ski Holidays - as they say "All ski holidays, All tour op's, One website". They seems to eat sleep and live skiing holidays and have always been able to get me the best deal - now I don't bother searching anywhere else because all the best deals from the likes of Inghams, Crystal, Neilson, Thomson Ski, Ski Total etc are all there on SNO and often with a little extra discount.

Jan 17,2023Just returned from a great skiing holiday in Zermatt. Excellent hotel & whole experience. Top marks to Sno for all their help in arranging. Idalette in particular has been brilliant, pro active & very efficient. I will certainly use Sno again & would recommend.
