Each time, Richard has displayed the patience of a saint! we are a group travelling from different locations so it's not a straightforward enquiry and he always makes it work. Nothing is too much trouble and as we're trying to get it sorted before the discount window closes his communication is timely and clear. Wouldn't go anywhere else! thanks Richard and Sno!

He is extremely knowledgeable of the resorts booked, so is able to advise which would be appropriate for groups of mixed abilities and the more appropriate places to stay in each. His friendly, efficient service is matched by his colleagues at SNO. I have been skiing for 57 years and plan to go on for many more (due to go in 5 weeks time to St Anton) booking through SNO, which I highly recommend for a 5 star service

Calvin saved me a lot of work sifting through ski areas and hotels to suite our group . Once I spoke with Calvin at SNO he had narrowed it down to two or three resorts that were perfect for us and we booked our trip . Delighted with the service and will return again next year .

Nothing is too much trouble and during the pandemic it was proven as we had communication throughout with updates. The service is 5 star in every way and there is always someone to talk to about anything, if Calvin isn’t available although he always returns my calls. I’d recommend SNO to everyone and have recommended on many occasions to my friends and colleagues
