Dec 20,2022Received a large bag of kiln dried softwood logs. Unfortunately, when the logs arrived they were far from kiln dried, they were seasoned for a short period at best, and unusable. I Contacted Snowdon Timber and they were very quick to apologise and highlight that this must have been a mixup at the yard. They have since refunded me for the order. This would have been a 1* review based on what I received, but the customer service was pretty good.
