Called in the Bangor branch last minute just before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Had been shopping around for decking for a while. Not only did we have a great price but also Stuarts wealth of knowledge on what we needed for the whole project was excellent. Nowhere else came near the quality of customer service we received. All the order was promptly delivered on the following Monday morning. Visit the showroom for some excellent garden ideas. They have some great displays on show.

Really pleased with our purchase (Loveseat). It is really well made from excellent quality timber. Snowdon Timber were really good to deal with - they couldn’t be more helpful - and went out of their way to get my order delivered quickly - despite it being over the Jubilee weekend. Just beware of their website. It was quite problematic ordering online. There were a number of technical issues throughout the ordering process, particularly when it got to the payment page. It took me about 20 attempts to make payment, in the end I had to change my payment method to get it to work. I’m glad I persisted, but probably better to call them if you encounter similar issues

I've purchased from here on 4 occasions and find that they give excellent service by very friendly and helpful staff, their prices are very competitive and delivery is very fast on 2 occasions my delivery has been on my drive in under 2hrs from time of purchase

Delivery was as usual swift and items put where I requested them, ideal, worst part of the whole purchase was the website, I use an android tablet and OMG does it play up on this tablet, jumps, instead of going back a page it goes back the home page so you have to enter the site again, once you finally get what you want into your basket, it wants a mobile number but the box is not live to input it, you have to keep going back out to the home page and back in to the basket until it eventually gives up and lets you put your number in, it is the most frustrating part of the purchase, and the only site my tablet does it on. The delivery side side thought is very swift indeed and can not fault it.
