I am using all the time I saved on starting my second online store. Time is money. Thanks to social rabbit I can run multiple businesses with the time it saves me. It opens the door to more opportunities. Without it, I wouldn't have the time to run multiple businesses. The return is much higher than the price I paid for social rabbit. Feb 26,2021My Social Rabbit Plugin Failed Recently we had an issue with our Social Rabbit Plugin. We could not Get Facebook to authorize our account and we could not post I reached out to support at AliDropShip and as always we received a response within hours Initially, the support team could not find out why we could not authorize our facebook account inside the Plugin. So we were allocated an incredible nice lady Nadezhda Ivanova - Head of Additional Services to Department, to solve the issue Nedezhda got onto it immediately, we provided her access to our cpanel and within 24 hours she had a solution, we had failed to add the correct #tags and was simply using the Default tags which created Facebook to deny access. Our own silly mistake but we were treated so kindly and with total support and respect. We love Social Rabbit at koffeeone and we use it on another one of our sites also and will soon purchase a 3rd Licence. If you want your social media posts to go gangbusters please engage social rabbit. The support team is always on standby to help when something goes wrong. Dec 03,2020I've got Social Rabbit as a great tool to automate the social media posting. It has exceeded my expectation. I have read the last review before I started writing my review. Of course it is users' duty to ensure sufficient materials to post by the Social Rabbit, before activate the service. I am just taking the "Poster" service until now, and that's really working great! Social Rabbit is choosing my product one by one automatically and posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest round the clock. But yes, we must stay within a limit. Too high frequency of posting will definitely create a negative impression to the friends as well, not only the media authority.

Nov 29,2020Social Rabbit is a great app with ease of use and basically a hands off marketing and promotion tool on major social media platforms. I give you a warning however when using this app and hears why. I set up Social Rabbit for Pinterest. I set up my gallery posts for 3 times per day. This worked for a while until there were not enough pictures in my gallery to post. I received no error and thought SR was working as it should until I got ban for spamming on Pinterest. I was very surprised at this ban and chose to investigate how this could have happened. The first thing I did was check my Pinterest however, my account was now blocked. OK, I thought, let me check the history of SR posting on Pinterest. This is when I saw SR posting errors "Add more content to the gallery" This was repeated 43 times with a time stamp about 30-45 minutes apart. This happened over 3 days but I thought nothing of it as one would think, if there is nothing to post then it cannot post. I contacted Pinterest to dispute the spamming complaint and informed them that if they look at my feed, they will see no more than 3 posts per day but they still insisted my account was closed due to spamming. I could not understand how I could be banned so after talking to a few app developers I know, we came to the conclusion that Social Rabbit even though it could not post, it was logging in and out of Pinterest when failing to attempt to post. My guess is that Pinterest has an automatic warning system of any IP's having multiple login attempts over a short time will be red flagged and banned for spamming. I have tried to contact the owners of social Rabbit via email without success. I have also been informed that Sociala Rabbit is authorised by Pinterest to be used on their platform but they will not listen even if you (as I can ) prove that I did not spam on their platform. This was my business account for my online store so now I can never promote my store or my domain on Pinterest ever again. The worst part is, Pinterest are not interested in my explanation and proof that I never spammed aabd it is an protocol within social rabbit to keep logging in and attempt to post even though the app sees no pictures to post from my gallery. I have received no less than 4 canned replies from Pinterest stating: "Hi (website), We took a look at your account and decided not to reactivate it because we noticed activity that goes against our spam policy. You won't be able to access your Pins or messages." It would be great if an actual human looked at these cases so be warned if you were banned from any social media platform for spamming when using social rabbit, check the history of the app posting and see if you have the same "no pictures to post" warning. If you see more than 3 warnings one after the other, it's probably the app login in and out of that platform too many times. IF anyone has another idea why I was banned, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Nov 16,2020found this error on PHP 7.4.12 It means that something! doesn't work with PHP 7.4.12 on your server but isn't connected with the Rabbit. We installed PHP 7.3, the Rabbit works and this error disappeared also. was a perferct assitance na dfull patince to resolve this issue
