Jun 20,2019I recently bought two pairs of boots from this Company for the first time . I would definitely recommend them . Do not be put off by the quite strict returns / exchange policy. They obviously need to protect themselves from the "unscrupulous time waster and product abuser ". These people provide great service are straight down the line and resolve everything rapidly . I had to send some of my choices back due to style and size issues , and these guys were getting the exchanges and new boots back to me the next day .You can have a dialogue with them , email or on the phone to sort stuff out , they make everything sortable . I'll definitely be looking to buy from them again . Regards Martin
