Great value for money and responsive to questions I had before purchasing a (replacement) battery & inverter system. My only issue was a delay in the installation (fitters had COVID), otherwise very easy to deal with. Fitters were friendly, knowledgable and professional.

The company who installed my previous solar installation wanted to charge me twice as much as Solar Battery Group for the same system (with the same battery units). The process was quick, easy, and the install was faultless. If you're looking for a battery install, I would recommend checking them out!

I sent an e-mail via the contact form on their website and someone got back to me within a couple of hours. Took my order but there was an issue with the courier - not surprising as I live in the Highlands of Scotland. They called to apologise and let me know the order would be delayed a couple of days whilst they used an alternative shipper. Goods arrived on time; they even called me on the delivery day to make sure it had all arrived and talked me through the installation process. Would definitely use them again; superb customer service.

Ordering the battery and inverter was very easy with their proper guidance. Very easy to communicate and they respond quickly. The delivery was on time. The two engineers who came for the installation arrived on time and fixed it . The whole process made easy and with zero complications. Very trustable!!! Worth I!!!

Good communication before and after I purchased an extra 6.5kW battery for my existing system. Battery arrived within the time stated. Friendly and knowledgeable installation team arrived on the same day and fitted battery without a hitch. Would definitely recommend.
