My SoloProtect case broke so I called for a replacement. That arrived quickly but I had to send the broken one back; which is fair enough. SoloProtect sent a DPD bag to send it back in but no QR code on the letter or pre-paid label. It says on the letter to click on the 'Book your Return' link, IN THE LETTER. Needless to say I have had to pay for signed for postage that I will not get back Shoddy customer service SoloProtect!

Multiple experiences from myself and colleagues where activations aren't responded to appropriately. Had Police tell us not to use the device as it took 10 minutes to from device activation until they were contacted on most recent "Red Alert" activation.
SoloProtect has been incredible for our company in enabling one of our engineers to continue working on site alone after being diagnosed with epilepsy. Our criteria for selecting a lone-working device were: activation on falling/without manual input; appropriate response to activation of device; and ease of use. The device functions perfectly, and the team supervising alerts are fantastic - on the ball, and ready to step in however is needed. They escalate communication where necessary, and have done this faultlessly throughout the entire time we have used them. The team at SoloProtect have been fantastic to work with. We recently adopted the Solo Protect lone working device to protect our office employees. The Shield personal safety unit allows employees to signal for help in the event of an emergency. Although lone working is very rare its still a risk that we need to manage. We have found the unit to be very user friendly and following a short online training session the office was up and running. We now have the peace of mind that those arriving early or working late are protected.
Having these devices available to my team adds an extra layer of reassurance they have the equivalent of an extra pair of eyes and ears nearby. They are straight forward to train people to use and have just become the norm to wear as part of the uniform. The team members that have had to activate it have appreciated the quick response and the support at the other end of the line. And those not needing to actvate it have the knowledge it is there and help available at the press of a button. (Or no press required if they fall and are on their own, as the device will pick this up).
