Absolutely appalling customer service, if any. I have a very important query regarding my No Claim Discount Entitlement following a no fault incident and I was advised to contact them for further information. They never answer their phone and never reply to any emails. It's been months and still nothing from them. I'm going to submit a formal complaint to Ombudsman.
Disgusting company I had an accident with Ocado, they crashed my car while parked, then they appointed sop and sopp to deal With it, Used an incompetent garage who could not fixed my car properly all body work misaligned and then they said the position of the company after reviewing with engineers is that the car was ok I even sent photos of the car before and after and there is gap as wide as one finger between the bumper and the lights and also on to the side panel This is unbelievable Shocking, Be advised always contact your insurance or the police UPDATE 08-01-2025 To add to the insult, your solution is to contact the repairer when yourselves chose the repairers, not me, it is a garage working for you not for me. I have already emailed several times and I quote, your company stance is that the car was CAT N despite the fact I produce photographic evidence the vehicle was perfect prior to the accident
I had a call from Rose regarding a road incident with an Ocado vehicle, before Christmastime, who backed in to my parked car. She was polite, reassuring and utterly professional and all without making me feel rushed or pressured. We had a conversation like friends would and I didn’t get any sort of ‘call centre’ feel from her. I am awaiting just to go to the repair place now but after my interaction with Rose, I feel very confident about the service.

I found the service generally good my only concern was getting in touch by phone, every time I tried to contact the ai voice said they will pass me to a member of team. The phone call was cut off, not once but several times. I contacted by email, which I preferred, as all was documented. The repair was faultless and the repair company was more than happy to work around my schedule.
Excellent professional service good job
After reading some other reviews I was unsure about this service but my experience has been excellent. They quickly arranged for the repairs, the hire company brought the replacement car as my car was being taken away, good contact and info throughout and redelivery after repair and return of the hire car was extremely easy, smooth and hassle free. Very happy
