Sep 20,2017I was really concerned with selling my property as I hadn't finished the refurbishment and a lot of work was still outstanding, several agents valued the property at £5-10,000 less than sourced. Paul was professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step, we were really shocked to sell so quickly and for the higher amount. I loved the idea that the buyer placed a reservation fee showing commitment to the purchase. I would recommend Paul and his team to anybody looking to sell, he was clear on the process, professional and knowledgeable about the market.

I attended a free sourced workshop and following a one 2 one I quickly realised how to look at things differently to get where I want to be and haven't looked back since, having made offers on several new properties.
