About us:

Sourgum Waste' founders, NJ natives and cousins Joe and Luciano, grew up in the waste management industry. 4 generations of passed-down knowledge plus their own first-hand experience made them acutely aware that the waste & recycling category was in urgent need of modernization, simplification and sustainabilization. They built Sourgum Waste to revolutionize the antiquated, fragmented and unreliable industry.

Sourgum Waste provides customers with on-demand waste services (such as roll-off dumpsters, commercial trash pickup, portable toilet rentals and more), and provides haulers with a smart SaaS allowing them to seamlessly manage their operations. These systems are connected by a smart proprietary portal, which constantly collects data to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of the services.

The dumpsters were delivered as scheduled,and placed exactly where I wanted them.The drivers were very professional and friendly.Sean in dispatch was especially attentive and kept his word on every transaction. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this company and will use their services in the future.

The company was three days late in picking up their dumpster, which harmed the relationship with my site owner. I had to constantly badger them to follow up and the response was very disappointing.

PLEASE READ before picking a company. Same thing happen to me Damir and the overage they claimed was ALSO 1.3 tons over, which is impossible unless they are including the weight of the $@$& dumpster. I’ve never had this issue before with other companies. Mine was picked up on 7/1 not 6/30, which could be part of the error. When I disputed it they sent paperwork to my cc that did not match. Now I know why they required cc and not cash. Terrible way to do business. I’m disputing again and if the extra 179.55 is not returned I’m filing with better business bureau with pictures of the wood in the dumpster. That could not have extended 2.5 tons or 5500 pounds. Customers beware!!!!!

I have ordered 10 yard Dumpster with 1 ton included. I was cleaning the Garage, and everything I dumped was super light. Three weeks later, I got one more invoice to Pay for an extra 1.3 tons. The dumpster was not even full on return—shame for doing business like this.

On June 29, 2023 I paid for a container service from this company.The same day the container was picked up and after a few days I called to see if the container had more than 4 tons that we had in the contract, they told me that there will be no extra cost, that everything is fine.After 3 weeks an extra charge of $ 178 appeared on my credit card, I contacted them and they told me that neither container had more than 4 tons in weight.I called them by phone to ask for explanations, their attitude seemed unprofessional, waiting 3 weeks to be able to charge me the extra weight, this is the way to steal extra money without you being able to check if the weight was really greater than agreed.This way of charging you extra is super shameful, if the container really had more weight, they should have charged me in the first days, not after 3 weeks when you can no longer check anything.
