Sourgum Waste' founders, NJ natives and cousins Joe and Luciano, grew up in the waste management industry. 4 generations of passed-down knowledge plus their own first-hand experience made them acutely aware that the waste & recycling category was in urgent need of modernization, simplification and sustainabilization. They built Sourgum Waste to revolutionize the antiquated, fragmented and unreliable industry.
Sourgum Waste provides customers with on-demand waste services (such as roll-off dumpsters, commercial trash pickup, portable toilet rentals and more), and provides haulers with a smart SaaS allowing them to seamlessly manage their operations. These systems are connected by a smart proprietary portal, which constantly collects data to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of the services.

Feb 11,2025This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Not just the worst Dumpster company. The worst Company in general. Horrible customer service. Just bad business. 1. I ordered a dumpster 3 days in advance and it still came a day late. I had to pay demo crew to do nothing because they have a dumpster to load. 2. I requested an early morning dumpster swap and they should up that later that afternoon. Again I was paying the demo and wasted time and money. 3. After my last dumpster they continued to charge my card for the most random stuff. One charge was because they couldn’t take the dumpster because it was too muddy. I’m not responsible for where they dropped the dumpster and the weather. They should have checked the forecast before they came out to pick up the dumpster. 4. I ordered and paid for a 15 yard dumpster and they dropped off a 10 yard dumpster. I was told could have an increase in weight since they sent the smaller dumpster and was still charged for overage. 5. I still working with my bank to get them to stop charging my card for random stuff. I’ve paid over $2600 in the last month with company and they are still trying to run my card.

Feb 10,2025This company nothing but a broker( middle man) they double charged you for everything even the dump fee at the landfill so if you need a dumpster then looking for a local rental company so you don’t have to pay double

Feb 07,2025I would rate zero stars if possible. I ordered a dumpster on Wednesday for Thursday morning. It’s Friday morning, and I have no dumpster. I can’t reach anyone who has an answer. First, it was, “the cable broke. It’s going to be a few hours late.” Then it was “the truck is in the shop.” Now it’s just radio silence with no one picking up the phone.

There’s no way for me to verify the accuracy of the information. The bill arrived months later. The drop off and pick up of the dumpster was easy.
