Nope! They are not open 24/7. Weekdays 8am-8pm. Weekends until 6pm. Their app for access the storage often fails and you need to call them. Location is not convenient. Staff are friendly. Average clean. Though I don't recommend this self-storage. Ahhhh, Google reviews are closed!

I've been using Spacebox for a few years now, probably around 5 more or less. It does the job, give you the space you need at home. But the customer service? It's always been terrible. During the last few years, I've always paid on a auto pay monthly basis. Throughout the years, I've been adding and/or removing 1 box every after 6-8 months, and have always been paying on a monthly basis. Recently, I ordered a new box through app and WhatsApp. Same procedure as usual. Later, I got an invoice asking to pay that new box 6 months in advanced, which I didn't expect since it never happened before! So i emailed them about it. CS replied "Regarding you adding a large box and receiving a 6 month bill, because adding a box requires a minimum 6 month plan, but you can change to a monthly payment on the 7th month, unfortunately it was not detailed for you at that time explain. " So I was notified only when the orders been done? Maybe theres been a change I didn't know about and I haven't visited their website in years! Was it a trap? What I don't really understand is, I have 3 other boxes checked-in that was still being paid on a monthly basis. I didn't want to pay 6 months because I plan to stop using the service by June, and I asked CS for a reason why that new box is so special that it must be paid in advanced. Since the new and old boxes has been checked in together. So she changed the new box to 3 months advance at 49/box, which is ok. Fine, I paid for it. Its better I guess, However, I still want to know the logic behind paying 1 box in advance, while the other 3 boxes is paid monthly. It really didn't make sense, they still get the same price- advanced or not! It's not like I'm getting any special discount when I pay in advance, and i've ALWAYs paid on time, I've NEVER missed a payment for the X amount of years using their service. So i asked her to understand the customers point of view politely. As it would make more sense to just make all the boxes monthly basis. CS replied: "I absolutely understand the customer's position and we still want to solve problems for our customers. If so ,We will convert all the boxes in your current contract into short-term contracts, and you can pay monthly. Our minimum storage period is 3 months, but the prices of all boxes will be changed. Please refer to the following: -Standard box changed from $49/item to $54/item -Large box changed from $69/1 piece to $79/1 piece The minimum monthly fee is $360 per month" Again, shocked, angry. Dumbfounded. 1. She tells me this after Ive already paid the 3 months advance for 49/item. 2. She tells me about this change and price increase 4 days after I told her that I will stop using the service in 3 months time. 3. She obviously doesn't like my questions or doesn't know how to even answer them, and decided to punish me with a slap on the face, financially. I've been using and paying for this service for years and this is the kind of treatment I get? This is how you solve customers problem? Randomly deciding to charge more? Its been 7 days now since she hasn't replied to my email. This is customer service from Spacebox. What a joke. This isnt the only complaint, last year I was talking to CS on the phone (that was passed on to), while I could hear the previous CS colleague talking bad things about me loudly because of some misundering and miscommunication. Very unprofessional. I feel that alot of problems arises from lack of communication. Update: I received a call from a manager after posting this review and asking the CS for their manager. I appreciate how she handled the situation and continues to go back the usual monthly payment. She then asked me to take down the google review (The one above).

Spacebox has consistently provided excellent storage solutions at an affordable price. Over the past three years, I have relied on their services for my storage needs and have found the process to be incredibly convenient. The low cost coupled with their stellar service makes it a no-brainer for me; I fully intend to continue using Spacebox for my future storage requirements. It's a top-notch service through and through!

I have recently stored some items with Spacebox. because of the pandemic I have been stuck in China since March, and was unable to organize this storage in person, which meant I was forced to rely totally on the Spacebox personel to arrange every aspect of this process. To their great credit they assisted me in the most professional and efficient manner possible, for which I am extremely appreciative and wish to acknowledge their excellence in this review

I am very happy with Spacebox. The app is very easy to use, and the staff are very helpful and always respond in a timely manner. I had used other self-storage in the city, Spacebox definitely provides better service and most of all, it's very good value for money.

Excellent customer service. Have been using the storage box service for 2 years, and the boxes were in very good conditions when I checked out. The delivery service is great as well.

the two ladies from sales team, namely Emily and Lamlam are both tremendously friendly and efficient. the logistics staffer is well mannered and helpful. it’s been a great experience all the way from start to finish!

Spacebox give a good reasonably priced service for storage. I have used them now for storage over the last three years. I have always found them very helpful and they answer any queries very quickly using WhatsApp, which is an easy way to contact them. They provide a door to door service which is always reliable.The men who collect and deliver my storage boxes are always careful and polite. Unlike with a storage locker you only pay for the amount of area your storage items take up and you can pay monthly. I find it a very easy way to store items at a low cost and will continue to use them in the future. An all round great service for storage!
