Jul 26,2022We are a national church with approximately 200 sites. Our pilot of 20+ locations in a true mix of urban and suburban areas is proving to be successful based on inquiries that turn into bookings. Our lots sit empty most of the week (as is the case for many churches) so this new venture helps to justify their existence. In addition, the presence of cars acts as a deterrent for vandalism as it creates the appearance of activity. The company support staff are helpful and timely. The information dashboard is very useful for monitoring activity. We are still sorting through (and learning) the reporting for booking the revenue in an easy fashion, and the company has agreed to be open to input for making client improvements in this regard. These days a willing attitude is gold. The instant messaging function without having to login in is a great tool for quick replies to inquiries. I've had a little trouble getting the YES (go and book it) function to work when the inquiry text comes. I also wish the inquiries would be tagged with a site label so I know where the interest is more quickly. On the list of improvements we hope to see soon. Overall, a very clever idea that easily ticks the box of "extra revenue opportunities" that churches need to look for. With Spacer.com doing the marketing, customer vetting and collections, the admin effort required by the client is pretty low. Can't wait to expand beyond our pilot sites.

Jun 17,2022I have used spacer for a year. I pay by credit card, but once used my debit card, being certain not to authorize future charges to that card. When spacer subsequently charged my debit card, it resulted in an overdraft of my account. Spacer refunded the payment plus my overdraft fee and assured it could not happen again. I confirmed that my debit card did not appear in my account on their site. This month my debit card was charged again. For two weeks I have been trying to get information on how they managed to charge my debit card (I gave up fighting for a refund after a week because they simply would not address the issue, and this time overdraft was not involved). When they respond, they fail to address clear and specific questions, and generally show an absolute and total lack of concern. I would like to rent my spot directly from the owner - guess I will look into that. This company provides a useful service, but the staff is incompetent and unprofessional at best. Isn’t it illegal to charge a card when you’ve been instructed in writing not to? You’d think they would want to fix this. You’d think…

Jun 07,2022This is the biggest scam!!! I booked a parking spot over a month in advance. I was supposed to have it for the entire month of June. Paid already. The parking lot was full last night and when i contacted customer service asking what to do they cancelled my reservation without my permission and offered ZERO help besides, well send you a list of other spots in your town. So unprofessional I can't believe this is a real business.

Feb 11,2022They found me a covered space for my convertible corvette fast! I was waiting on some city garages forever. Location is exactly what I wanted, right downtown ground level. The remote gate is so easy and secure. I love that my toy is so taken care of.

Jul 20,2021The individual that helped get us started, and been our main point of contact, is very responsive. That is great. Unfortunately, there may not be enough demand/marketing for this parking platform in our area, so we aren't getting our spaces booked up as we had hoped. We use a couple of other parking applications, and they have been getting regular users between transient and monthly parkers.

Oct 12,2020I rented out my space, the support staff confirmed via email that the renter had paid even though the web site said $0.00 earned. Now the site says the payment failed, support is unresponsive and I still don't have any money deposited in my bank account. No wonder they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. I'll probably have no choice but to cancel the booking.
