Jun 12,2019Choice of hotels was good. Any mistakes (e.g. did not pay for luggage on internal flights) were quickly resolved. Drivers all polite and punctual. Guided tours were fine

Jun 03,2019My wife and i booked a trip to Spain last year with several local tours throught the country and a visit to Marrakeech We arrived in Barcelona and the company booked us at a Tryp hotel that was sold to us as located in a prime location close to the Ramblas. The location was terrible as we had to walk several miles daily to go to the main attractions. We were promised a local guide in our visit to Marrakeech and a mobil telephone which never materialized. The tours in Marrakeeck were very low quality and never saw the promised belly dancing at the dinner in the middle of the desert. We were the only couple in the middle of the desert. On the train from Madrid to Segovia we had requested an upgrade on the tickets but were booked on the cheapest one. In conclusion we did not get what was promised and paid

May 28,2019The experience was perfect: all plans were excellent and went off without a hitch. Accommodations were excellent, guides were pleasant knowledgeable and prompt, our driver was outstanding. Flawless start to finish. 17 of travel at its best.

May 25,2019It was a wonderful experience. We visited sites and had experiences that we would not have known of had it not been for Spain Top. The guides were knowledgeable and spoke very good English, important to us as, sadly, except for one of the four couples, none of us did. I would say that except for the Hotel Inglis in Madrid (which was good but not as good as others), the hotels were excellent, some more "excellent" than others. The best, by far, was Maria Christina in San Sebastian. I would recommend Spain Top to my friends and have done so already.

May 23,2019Attention to details, excellent guides that met us st each designated stop on time, hotels on chosen by agent on the 10 day tour without a doubt as much a highlight of the tour as the courteous and friendly driver, never had to lift a finger to do anything but relax as we made it from Barcelona to San Sebastian and on to Madrid thru the Rioja and Duero River Valleys. TOP IS PUTTING IT MILDLY. BRAVO Antonio and staff!

El hospedaje muy bien, en particular Terra Dominicata. Los restaurantes que se eligieron superaron mis expectativas. Definitivamente el destino es algo que recomendaria a mis clientes y sin duda me gustaria trabajar con Spain Top.

Highest quality of accommodation, transport, guides . Our program was carefully made to give us chance to see the best of Catalunya, to enjoy every minute... We fallen in love with country and with SpainTop. If we can complain about anything - it,s only about very welcome people and veeeery tasty & neverstop eating & drinking :-) - it,s was so hard to say you "Good buy..." But only for a shot time...Antonio told us so interesting and with passion about Spain that we bought new tickets to come to Spain in spring 2019 and have a plan to follow another Antonio,s advice.. Looking forward to be happy one more time with SpainTop!

Dec 14,2018Antonio I like to thank you for this fantastic trip. It was well organized and I liked Catalunya very much. The nice hotels like Terra Dominicata Wine & Winery was very good chosen. The diners like at restaurant Molins and the lunch at Can Bosch were very very good. I also liked the wine tasting at Clos de l'Obac. Hotel Dominicata was also excellent. The visiting of historic cities for instance Siurana and Taragona was a high light but also a more modern city like Reus was very nice. Olive tasting and wine tasting I like very much. Aug 07,2018Our family of 4 hired SpainTop to plan our adventure in Northern Spain, June 2018, and we were VERY happy with their service. We knew we wanted to visit Barcelona and San Sebastian but weren't sure about everything in between. We put a lot of trust in SpainTop and their choices did not disappoint! In the end, we traveled (via car) from Barcelona to Costa Brava to Vielha to San Sebastian/Bilbao. SpainTop took care of everything including airport transfers, hotel reservations, drivers, tickets, tour guides, car rental and the return flight to BCN. Everything went as planned! All of our hotels were centrally located, clean, spacious and unique. Our drivers and tour guides were prompt, friendly, professional and fun. The best part was that SpainTop added things we might not have chosen such as visiting Vielha in the Pyrenees (so beautiful), doing a "Cook and Taste" tour in Barcelona (shout out to the amazing Carlos) or hiking in the National Park in Espot. I definitely couldn't have planned it without SpainTop. Lastly, SpainTop was very helpful and responsive from day one of planning and followed through with great customer service throughout the trip. Their communication, in English, via email or phone was outstanding. We had 24hr assistance when needed and, if we called, our issues were resolved immediately:) I would highly recommend using SpainTop to plan your next adventure!

Jul 13,2018My 24-year-old daughter and I decided to take a trip to Spain as she had never been to Europe before and she had hoped to study there while in college, but could not afford to. I did some research and created a profile for prospective travel agencies to plan the trip for us. Fortunately Antonio with Spaintop contacted me. We spoke on the phone as well as by email frequently during the planning stage. We had 12 days to cover Madrid, a day trip to Toledo, Granada, Seville, Ronda and Tangier Morocco. It would have been very difficult for me to make all these plans and arrangements on my own. Antonio was extremely helpful and offered great advice. We just got home last night and had such a fabulous trip with no significant issues. Everything went smoothly. The guides he arranged for us were the best as were the private transfers and events that were planned. I would not hesitate to recommend Antonio and Spaintop. In fact, I may have to contact him in the future to arrange a trip to Portugal for a big anniversary next July.

Jun 11,2018I just returned from a 27 day trip to Spain organized by SpainTop. I am a 77 year old Canadian woman, don’t speak Spanish, was travelling alone and don’t know anyone in Spain, so I was totally dependent on Spain Top. I could not have been in better hands. SpainTop listened to me and planned a most extraordinary itinerary that met every one of my requirements. I have travelled to over 100 countries, so I guess sometimes I might be a bit more demanding; but nothing fazed SpainTop. It was as perfect as a trip could be. My main interests were: contemporary art, food and architecture. SpainTop built in wonderful experiences in every location. I hate group tours and generally avoid audio guides. The private guides provided by SpainTop were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and passionate. Again and again, I had incredible discussions about the art, the architecture, the food, the culture. This was a superbly culturally enriching experience and I cannot thank SpainTop enough for being there every step of the way.
