The earrings I bought were super value (in sale) and ordering process was easy. Delivery took about 5/7 days but still came in time for what I needed.
I recently purchased a d for diamond bracelet for my granddaughters christening present. A beautiful bracelet at a great price. The packaging that came with it was lovely. My son & daughter-in-law loved it

Sep 24,2015I am so disappointed in the (lack of) service I have experienced from Spangle. I placed my order for a ring on Wednesday 16th September and received an order number and confirmation email. However, by Saturday, 19th September the status was still pending. So I emailed them, but never got a reply. I still hadn't received the ring by Monday 21st and could see the status was still showing as "waiting to be fulfilled". I called Spangle on the 0845 number on Monday morning and left a message on their answerphone. I left a message asking the status of my order. Nobody called me back. I emailed them again. Got no reply. I tried to call them later on the same day and actually spoke with a human being. Only problem was he didn't work for Spangle! They just shared an office. I explained my reason for concern and he assured me he'd pass the message on and ask somebody to call me back.... but nobody ever did. I left another answerphone message later on Monday afternoon, but again nobody called me back. I had given up on getting the ring and was just about to lodge a case with PayPal to get my money back, when the ring finally arrived on Wed 23rd September. However, I ordered a size J and the ring I received was an M! I took a photo of the ring on the ring-sizer as proof. I have once again called Spangle today to tell them the size is wrong but once again got their answerphone. I'm now absolutely furious as I'm having to pay £10 to get the ring resized. If you're considering purchasing anything from Spangle, my advice is DON'T! They are, without a doubt, the most rude and ignorant company I've ever has the misfortune of giving money to! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: The owner of Spangle has just called me to apologise for the poor service I experienced in her absence. Sharon has kindly offered to cover the cost of re-sizing the ring.
