The young man was quite knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my outdoor camera. I’m 61 year-old that lives by myself. The outdoor camera wasn’t working properly. Packages were being taken off my steps. He took his time to explain to my granddaughter to walk her through the process of resetting my outdoor camera. It was quite complicated for 61 year-old. My granddaughter was young being 12 years old he was able to walk her through the process of rebooting the boxes that were located in different areas of my two-story home. Needless to say, my auto camera was reconnected with success. The young man who helped my granddaughter was excellent and explaining the process of rebooting the hardware, so I will feel safe again in my home. This young man was very caring with a lot of patience on explaining the process of getting my home back on the safety level.

I had a horrible experience with a tech support representative named Touriya E. She was very unprofessional and did not handle my technical issues professionally. I have been a long standing customer of CPI for over 9 years and I am now considering switching security providers due to the unprofessionalism that I received during my call with her. She had no empathy for my situation and provided horrible customer service.
Jason went over and above. He was persistent to solve our issue, but stayed kind and personable!

The service was in my daughters name, I moved to another address and at that time they didn’t change the service to my name. I had been using this service since 2017 and now in 2025 they found a problem with my service because -they made a mistake- and giving me a hard time for about two months. Now they sent me a bill for more than $500.00 dollars after they told me we had $600.00 we could use for anything fee need to change for the system. They went to my house and change one camera in the kitchen which was not good, and install other divises which( according to the the technician) was less than $600.00 dollars. I’m very disappointed after using CPI since 2015, and talking to many people in the company with not results. I’m ready to change the service to another one.

If I could leave < one, I WOULD!! I have had CPI Security since 2010. The services have drastically diminished and I canceled my services In March 2025!! I called this morning and spoke with a representative that told me CPI required a 30-day notice. He then asked me to hold on and returned with "CPI requires a 60-day notice!" I told him I did not want to be billed for April 2025 and if I was it should be refunded. He said "there will no NO REFUND!!" I am paying CPI for NO SERVICES!!!! I would NEVER recommend his RIP-OFF company to anyone!
From start salesman to finishing with install and verbal confirmation of completion, all I can say is y'all hired the right people.
