Some slightly crossed wires with regard to initial delivery but, one e-mail to customer service and all was resolved expediently and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Sparco in the future

I don’t understand the reason or point of asking “how was your experience/purchase”, when the customer hasn’t received it. I’ve been considering buying merchandise from Sparco for a while, thinking it’ll be great as everything looks so good. But when I finally order I’ve been disappointed really. All you get is that is you order within the UK, it’s free. Well that’s good. But I didn’t know how long it would take until I chased. I made my order and got told that within 48 hours I’d get a tracking number, this didn’t happen. I had to chase again to get this. And then find out that he number wouldn’t be valid for another 48 hours. So it’s basically been over a week and I still don’t really know where my order is. Such a shame as was looking forward to what looked such a great purchase, but been tarnished by poor service 👎🏻

Don’t waste your money, trouble with the on- line order system. Finally placed order, a week later still awaiting for delivery. However they managed to send their feedback email to me before I have received the product that I am supposed to be reviewing? Very disappointing experience.

Я искал много времени спортивную обувь чтобы в машине с комфортм, и пятка не портилась, да и в авто чтобы ковер не портился.... короче берите Sparco не пожалеете, накрутил за неделю 2,5К км и доволен как арбуз !

If you’re happy to wait for your item Sparco is fine, I waited 12 days for my item to be delivered. I had to chase Sparco twice as they update on delivery dates or progress.
