May 16,2019Really poor, Bought pair of trainers. Received completely different ones and asked for refund. No problem, however courier shown up next day morning when I wasn't home--wasn't told. Tried to arrange the collection without any luck. Finally after a month I got in touch via email with customer service, Alessia and Pamela. When asked if its not too late to return I was told its ok and I WAS GIVEN A NEW LABEL. Now I was told its too late. They accepted trainers back but not willing to pay the money back, so no trainers and no money. Not answering my emails as well. Please avoid.

May 16,2019This was a re-order following a previous issue with the courier for an original order for the same items. The goods arrived this time without any issues. I had to purchase them first prior to having the discount of the original order processed which was a slight hassle (hence the 4 star rating versus 5 stars) but the items were top quality and would still highly recommend this vendor's products.

Apr 20,2019Bought a pair of Sparco Fashion Essen's. Absolutely love them. Incredible comfortable and stylish. Bought mine especially for the Monaco Grand Prix in May so will be getting plenty of wear. The only reason i haven't given them a 5 star rating is because one of the shoelaces snapped. I'll definitely be buying more pairs in different styles in the near future.

No quibbles from Sparco Fashion UK, and I refunded within a week - and received prompt and friendly email support to assist along the way. I’d definitely buy through them again.

Apr 17,2019I Purchased a jacket in a promotional offer. Upon receipt the jacket was too small so I requested an exchange. I found it difficult to speak to someone and generally the communication poor. Lack of options to speak to someone and email reply’s took days. I found a return option on the website and sent back the coat free of charge which was good. I included a covering letter explaining the coat was too small and that I simply required a larger size. About a week later I received a refund with no explanation? I contacted again via email questioning this and was advised (promptly this time) that as the coat was purchased under promotion I was able to exchange which was really disappointing. Most of my kit is Sparco, I associate them as a well established and quality brand. I am unsure if Sparco Fashion is Sparco direct or a separate company altogether but this experience has tarnished my opinion of the firm and I will certainly reconsider future purchases and look to other manufacturers I had previously discounted

Apr 17,2019recently purchased the Sparco Shelton high top trainers in the sale for £29.90 , at that price I thought I'd take a chance apparently normally nearly £90! , they don't disappoint, good quality and now wished I'd bagged a couple of different styles. wouldn't hesitate to buy more :-)

I have used my trainers for example for both motorsport and fun days out with the family and they’re still like new. Delivery was fast and the user experience on the website was good! Shall be ordered more, especially with special coupon codes ;)

May 17,2019Can’t fault the products and happy with my recent purchase but I ordered in what I thought was enough time for delivery 1 week as I needed items for a race weekend but had to wait 2 weeks for my item. I know it’s free delivery but that was a massive let down in my opinion. Either offer paid delivery options or make away lead time could be more that 5 days stated.
