Alison took my money for two treatments in Brisbane. I had trouble getting an appointment then the first time got canceled the day before on their end. Then my rescheduled appointment no one arrived. The second time someone did so I had one treatment by someone who didn’t even work for Alison. Then for my second treatment I had another appointment and no one arrived. Alison has promised me a refund and yet I havnt seen it. Alison please give me my refund! I also purchased electric toothbrushes online. Guess I’ll never see them too? Latisha.
I have been scamed for $4763 from Sparkling White Smile CEO Alison Egan for not providing service and products l have purchased, it has been months of misleading me ,lies week by week. Will be reported to Police NSW as a Financial Abuse also banks ,fair trading ,AND exposed to news channels, pls if you have experience any lost from this company comment below also report soon as possible ! Pls Google about Alison Egan in case she is trying to open another teeth whitening company under relative name or she is still in business in different parts on nsw or potentially in different states!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sparkling teeth whitening Alison Egan places business into liquidation as contractors chase her for unpaid bills. Now she’s on news and her company is in liquidation. Haven’t got my refund back since April. I lost around 2500$. Please don’t buy anything from them and don’t book any treatments from them otherwise u gonna lose money like me. Hope no more people been scammed by Alison Egan. Please google and read news about her.
Paid for a triple treatment, Booked in an at home appointment and the technician never showed up. Have been trying to chase this now for a couple of months to rebook and now no-one answers me. Do not buy from this company, starting to think it is a scam. Main person’s email address is now disabled and the online booking form - have never had a response from. Steer clear!
This company is a scam. I booked a mobile service appointment with Sparkling White smile (via email) and received a confirmation of my appointment through the Fresha app. On the day of my appointment no one arrived. I was provided with a mobile number (which is also on their website) but it is disconnected. The email that I booked the appointment through was also blocked when I tried to contact them regarding my appointment. Overall, quite disappointed as the website and the Instagram page looked legitimate.
The woman behind this company poses a threat to the Australian public and prospective franchise owners. Her philosophy behind business ethics is flawed. She truly is a con artist and fraud. She has ruined lives and put families in a great deal of debt due to her pathological lies and twisted games. Some debts as high as $70,000. Alison has emotionally, mentally and financially destroyed anyone who invested in her business. Young women left traumatised. She has blatantly lied in order to sell her franchises, products and services to the public and continues to do so by participating in public podcasts and interviews with truly successful people like Mark Bouris, Brett Campbell, Roxy Jacenko and Janine Allis. DO NOT believe any of the paid PR articles praising her as a successful business woman nor anything that comes from her pathetic podcast. She created a company called Aylba and is now using that company to further scam innocent people who just want to grow their small businesses. Please consider this review to prevent Alison Egan from scamming young hopeful entrepreneurs into investing in her false business. She is one of Australia's biggest con artists that is yet to be criminally charged.
Alison Egan took money from franchisees to pay for publicity that made her company and service out to be great when in actual fact, they struggle to make bookings, contrary to her own articles that say they are flooded with bookings. At her peak she had almost 30 franchisees all working their buts off to make back the 35k they'd paid her and she ended up buying back their businesses for $1 each. Some still with debts to this day. She doesn't lose sleep at night screwing people over so it's no surprise to see her in the daily mail for her fraudulent activity still in 2023. Loser!
I have bought a teeth whitening machine in March for $3000 still paying it off until next year, I havnt received any information about the product or the tracking apart from they “accidentally” sent it to a girl in Melbourne and will send me another one that was in June and I still havnt heard back then when I messaged to ask about it she asked “who is this” when it has our whole conversation at the top of the messages and I havnt heard back yet again
Very disappointed with the service
My unfortunate experience with Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) has validated the dreadful rumours about their dishonest practices within the Teeth Whitening Industry. Despite my reluctance to be swayed by mere hearsay, I proceeded with an order for 20 wholesale teeth whitening kits, valued at just under $600. Regrettably, my decision to dismiss the rumours proved costly, as they indeed mirrored my own appalling encounter. I must emphasise that I don't ever like leaving negative reviews. I prefer discussing issues first to resolve problems amicably. However, when dealing with a company that repeatedly lies about the delivery of goods, it becomes impossible to get a straight answer from them. Perhaps this review can serve as a valuable lesson for them to reconsider and improve their business practices. In the face of overwhelming scepticism, I tried to give Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) the benefit of the doubt, believing that everyone deserves a fair chance. However, the reality of their actions has left me shocked and disheartened. Throughout the purchase process, I was met with empty promises and lies about the shipment of my products. Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) consistently assured me that my order was on its way, despite evidence to the contrary. Countless phone calls and messages only resulted in more false reassurances, leaving me in a state of anxiety and frustration. As the supposed delivery dates passed, it became evident that the rumours of non-delivery were indeed true. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers' trust displayed by Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) are truly disconcerting. Adding to my dismay, the consequences of their unethical actions extended beyond personal disappointment. My inability to receive the products on time led to the loss of $800 worth of business for Monday, forcing me to cancel appointments with four clients who were counting on my services. The distressing experience has not only incurred financial losses - both on Monday and for future potential business from those clients - but also severely impacted my faith in ethical business practices. I had hoped to find comfort in the integrity of this company, but instead, I encountered a nightmare that I wish on no one. I feel obliged to warn others against dealing with Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) due to the well-founded rumours within the Teeth Whitening Industry. These rumours carry a substantial truth that has left me disillusioned and robbed of my hard-earned money. In conclusion, the rumours about Sparking White Smile (previously Aylba) are not unfounded but rather a cautionary tale to potential customers. My personal encounter mirrors the distressing stories shared by others who have fallen victim to this deceitful company. I urge everyone to take these accounts seriously and consider this as a serious caution. Be cautious and think twice before dealing with Sparkling White Smile (previously Aylba) to safeguard your own peace of mind and financial security. EDIT: After my review was posted on Saturday evening, Sparkling White Smile began contacting me early Sunday morning and also texting, claiming that their "driver" had dropped the kits at their front doorstep late Saturday night. I do not believe that a courier/delivery driver was ever booked for Saturday to deliver the package to me by 4pm, as they claimed. Instead, I suspect that they collected the goods after they saw the review posted. The package I received lacked proper labeling and appeared unsuitable for delivery by a professional courier, raising serious doubts about their claims. They have asked me to remove this review, stating that they had gone 'above and beyond' by delivering the package on a Sunday. However, I personally do not believe that their actions qualify as 'above and beyond,' as delivery on a Sunday would not have been necessary if they sent out the package as originally promised. Had I not heard the same story of non-delivery by lots of other people and seen bad write-ups about the company, I would be more lenient with my review. But because of this, it's definitely not a one-off incident, and people need to be aware of this, that they risk having this happen to them if they order goods via this company. I think that they need to re-evaluate their business practices and start taking their business seriously and not make a fool out of their customers.
Jamie was really friendly and knowledgeable plus I got great results. Highly recommend!
The owner Alison she is a fraudster and big lier. Paid for a machine many months back and still didn’t get delivered. She keeps changes stories and said machine arrived at warehouse and will delivery soon. Soon means months months still never get delivered. Even called her texted her she plays the game and marking around too much. Asked refund and she pretended she will but still haven’t refunded. Don’t buy anything from her and she such a lier and not sure how her website still open and fraud other customers. If Alison has machine she would delivery already but she doesn’t have anything. She just wants to use our money and wasting our time. Worst experience ever in Australia and if you don’t want to lose money or lost clients, better stay away with her. Website looks normal but fraud company. My experience is just like a scam. Hope all the scammers will pay it back one day.
Hi I hadnt recieved my order, and management moved swiftly in rectifying this ASAP
The woman that runs this business is nothing but a fraudster. Brings in people to work for her and buy equipment / materials making them pay up front and then not deliver the goods. People are made to follow up for months on end. Same story when they do work for her. She never pays despite the work being done. Every excuse under the book and denies any fault of her own. She is a complete and utter untrustworthy person. Do not join this company to work for and I would not recommend using them to get work done as the person that does the job for you will more than likely not be paid.
Finally got a refund after weeks of waiting for it. Waited MONTHS for a machine that was meant to be sent the week I purchased. Continually told it was being shipped when asked, I lost money due to loosing clients as the machine didn’t arrive when I was told it was on more than one occasion. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend trying to buy anything from them.
Great customer service, shipping was also very quick. I’m very happy with my products I received!
Awesome planing to book again
It really works. Removed a lot of yellow. After some applications the colour stabilised but I wanted more. Very good worth per money.
I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service and support you guys provided when I booked my appointments a couple of weeks ago. I have changed my mind a couple times along the way and asked a lot of questions but the amazing lady on the phone remained patient, kind, informative and professional. Thank you

Sep 07,2023I wish I had seen this earlier. Alison cancelled my appointment on the day and is refusing to refund my money. I am sure no one was going to come to my house in the first place and she just scammed the money out of me.
