They tell a lot of lies in the trustpilot company description about themselves. They say that they care about your collectibles and they are going to send them to you with tracking and in the safest and fastest way. It’s just the opposite. Don’t trust them under any circumstances, they are simply scammers and liars. I have been waiting a very expensive figure for my collection bought on 3rd March 2023. Supposedly on 8th January 2025 they sent it to me. More than two months later they do not have information about the package location or status, they gave me an UPS tracking number where UPS says: ‘UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package’. In more than two months UPS does not know anything about my figure. So you do not have information about the package like in the rest of professional collectible warehouses and they lie to you everytime. I have asked them to reimburse the product prize and shipping cost but they are not giving me my money back. I have presented an official claim in my city consumer institute with more than 25 documents that prove what I am reporting here. Besides I am preparing a justice court report for the next month against SpecFictionShop asking for my money to the judge.
I bought my first spiral studios statue from them they are awesome very good help answered basically every time i messaged support about my item very good prices was worth buying from so happy.
Have a statue waited over 14 months since it was released to everyone else. Chased many times for it to be sent and excuses were made. Even nearly two months since I paid for in full (shipping) (chasing again). Finally recieved a damage statue (top part and the base complete broken off with screws missing) underneath fully broken off. contents all messed up (clearly opened and not put back together). Food and dirt on the instructions (clearly second hand) and the main deluxe part not even there (sent a standard version used). Been offered a tiny refund that doesn't even cover the deluxe part (embarrassing) and everything else ignored I have mentioned. Sent two emails of pictures (a lot) and just been lied to since. A lot of emails not replied to and contents ignored and the last chap emailed me asking for my name, address, order number and issues etc. Going around in circles, Which was on the email chain and mentioned many times before. Shocking and embarrassing, terrible company. Yet no refund provided in full as his advised on social media (lies to try and cover himself). Has my email and will be escalating further in a few days if I don't get the refund. Will use bots and other workers to jump (bully) you on social media for telling the truth. Have all the proof and would make sure no once new uses them. Terrible company. Don't just believe my post, check out social media group posts. This experience has caused me a lot of needless stress, worry and concern.

Apr 03,2025After missing out on a figure, Spec was recommended by a friend. After months on a waitlist, I was converted. Although the figure was expensive, it didn't have the inflated price of other re-sellers. The figure arrived in the time frame given, with no issue. For some reason I never received an update from the courier, the collectible just arrived unceremoniously.
