No sooner have you arranged a currency exchange, at great rates, the transfer has been completed and the money is available in the currency of your choice to pay almost immediately. A great trusted service which is highly recommended for both business and personal accounts. The team also respond quickly to any communication efficiently and are very helpful.

Feb 18,2022Spectrum FX had contacted me 12 months ago in relation to a transfer but I had already gone with another provider. Based on a recommendation from a friend and regular contact from Ward, I decided to use them for another transfer. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Great customer service, simple to set-up an account and swift payment on the transfer. Ward was brilliant throughout (as were other colleagues in his absence). Would highly recommend and will be using them again next year for another transfer! Highly recommend!

The response time for emails and calls is normally within 5 minutes. They are always happy to help, very friendly, it feels like a very personal touch as they ask about my dog and other things. Oct 20,2021After 20-years of international payment via our Bank, our eyes were opened to using Specialist Foreign Exchange brokers. After using 'a-n-other' broker for a year we discovered Spectrum FX offered us better rates and their easy to use portal has made Spectrum FX our broker of choice. We also transferred our other business to Spectrum FX this year and would recommend them.

Oct 20,2021Moving from paying our overseas suppliers from our bank to using another service provider was a nervous experience for us, as we are quite new at working with foreign currency, However, Spectrum FX have been brilliant and our account manager has held our hand throughout the process and he continues to do so. We get far better rates now than we ever did with our bank and there's no charges either. We have worked with Spectrum FX for around 3 months so far and would thoroughly recommend them.
