Mar 08,2025Liars! Liars! Liars! Beware of this company! They post orders on central, and when you call, the first thing they ask is for a good review. After that, they verify the information with the customer, ask for discounts, and in the end, the vehicle may not be ready for pick-up or the customer might not want to release it. They will waste your time and energy. I strongly advise staying away from them Please stay away from them, they will waste your time and energy.

Mar 05,2025I was promised a pickup time and a driver 48 hours before the scheduled delivery that didn't happen. On the morning of the scheduled delivery the dispatcher reported the driver wants twice the quoted price to pick up the car. They suggested I leave the car on the street unlocked with the key in it, until they find another driver. No guarantee that they will find another driver soon. A total scam

Mar 01,2025Overall I have a great experience with haul brokerage service by the company. 1. It's truly most cost effective. 2. They are flexible in the terms and accomodations. 3. Expect a few flows because of law profit margin , but miscommunication or deficiency in customer care are well taken care of. Worked with rep. Davin and he attempted and strive to do his best. And that I liked it for sure. Recommended if you are not in rush and can accept some flows...

Jan 30,2025Elif Shafak was who I dealt with to get a car moved from Washington state to Arizona. It got picked up and delivered on the forth day after it was picked up. The one thing is that when quoted $695 as total shipping price which sounded low and it ended up being $1100 which a few other brokers had as their quotes so shop around and know that the quote they give may not be the real total cost due to various reasons such as what the trucker wants to do the for job, fuel costs and routing. Overall no too bad of experience and the driver got here at dark so really couldn't inspect the vehicle well, seems everything is good on it

Do not give a deposit I promise this company needs to give me my deposit back or I will continue to tell the people about your BS and how you took my deposit, but NEVER gave me my 48 hour confirmation, and ignored my calls and texting afterwards. I booked my car transfer over a month ago and at the last minute they ghosted me. GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!

Nov 20,2024It's a definitive NO! for this company. First this Sam Smith doesn't exist, it's a fake name. They give you a quote, NEVER said it was going to be more and last had to pay $300 from nowhere to have the car delivered. After OTHER carrier company got my car, never heard from them. They will take a non refundable $100 for NOTHING. So, pick up someone else if you want to have a peaceful experience.
