Dec 08,2022One star is too many, I booked an urgent Motorcycle Courier to take a parcel from E1 to W12. Firstly a Van collected the parcel( 1100hrs) which I was informed was a dedicated Vehicle for my job by the "customer service" call centre. I have just called the driver Alvin (1300hrs) and he hasn't left the city area of London yet as this was a multi pick up and drop vehicle. The driver has told me that he will deliver before 3pm, Clearly not his fault. I then called "customer service" (1312 hrs) and he spoke to the despatch handler who assured me it will be delivered in 25 mins.....now I have lived in London along time and I don't believe E1 to W12 is possible in that time. I didn't however get to challenge the "customer service" on this fact as he put phone down, just like the previous 2 agents that I had spoken to (the second agent blocked my number). I am all for help and care in the community but surely employing these buffoons is taking it too far. However the one shining light in this whole episode was Alvin the driver who was professional, called me once it had been safely delivered (14.10hours), a credit to this terrible company.

Dec 02,2022Due to a house sale and the postal strike and needing to get documents to a solicitor, which would have been a 4-hour round trip, I desperately needed a solution and found speedy couriers, I was a little nervous as the website is not the greatest, but I needn't have worried as the service and price both exceeded my expectations. Have now used them twice, and both times a fantastic service....highly recommend

Nov 12,2022I was under pressure to get a small package delivered in order for work to be completed for a prestigious company’s Christmas window in Central London. Form completed easily online, motorbike courier allocated, goods picked up earlier than anticipated and delivered in time for electrician to complete the work. I was informed when the package was picked up from supplier and informed the minute it was signed for by my customer the other side of London 40 minutes later. Really great service, thanks!

Nov 11,2022Very helpful efficient customer service; prompt collection and delivery. Fair pricing. A slight glitch on website as my tracking wouldn't activate at any point, but delivery notification arrived fine and customer advisers gave me updates when I called.

Nov 10,2022Booked a courier to take urgent docs to a meeting, paid online, smooth process - was told PRIOR to paying that collection would be within 60 mins once paid (1.13pm). I called (1.49pm) to see how long collection would be and was told, within another 60 mins - meaning it wouldn't be delivered on time. Called to cancel (2.02pm) and was told pick up would then be in 25 mins (T&Cs state 50% refund AFTER a driver has been assigned, and it's funny how the driver was assigned immediately after paying?!?). I get the impression it's a small 1/2-man company relying on a network of sub-contracted drivers who may or may not pick up a job (on time), might be OK to use these people for non-time specific or urgent jobs but not for something important. We're disputing the charge and definitely won't be using them again. Also - the cost of the service went up twice after the original quote! Apparently due to 'London charges' - maybe factor these into the original cost especially when you know where the end destination is! Alarms bells.... Update 14/11: They've offered me a discount on a future booking. They really didn't read my review thoroughly.

Nov 07,2022The service was good, the only things that could be improved were the payment option (the card did not go through on chrome so I had to switch browser). Also there was no time given for collection.

Nov 07,2022I don't want to be a picky customer but I didn't like to receive a call from the driver to go down to meet him before he arrived even if it was only 1 minute. I believe for what I paid that the driver should park, ring my bell and come to the door of my flat as everyone else does.
