Good communication and tracking enabled us to keep our client updated throughout. Parts installed and system working before 3 enabling all concerned to have confidence in the system. There was some scepticism from my peers but " never in doubt" !

Jul 06,2019Booked an urgent (supposed to be collected within an hour) collection for a same day delivery and had to chase them several times over a four hour period. Told each time someone would be there soon. Eventually had to cancel after being told that no couriers would be available that day. Booked with another courier who arrived within 20 minutes and delivered same day.
