Feb 09,2020I booked an URGENT MOTORCYCLE courier, to arrive by 12 noon, as confirmed in their own booking. Instead a Bipper van was sent which had not even collected the parcel by 12:15. Not good at all, and furthermore, only refunded half the money when cancelled. Unacceptable. Will be claiming remainder of monies paid

Jan 27,2020Booked an urgent Sameday Motorbike courier, the relevent fields to fill in on the booking form didn't allow me to put in my details as well as the delivery address. When the driver got to the collection address he didn't use my name or my company name and used the delivery address name to which the supplier didn't have any record for. He waited 25 minutes instead of phoning me to confirm what name to use. After cancelling the job they proceeded to call me and let me know they have failed and charged me. I then had to re-instate the job for more money and get another driver there. Once the second driver had collected the goods he couldn't find the delivery address but luckily phoned me to ask to which i helpfully gave manual instruction how to find the address. When he got there i had asked my customer to look out for the Motorbike courier but after searching around found that it was actually a VAN and not a motorbike which is why it took so long to get there as the traffic is always bad in that area, therefore why i booked a Motorbike. Absolutely terrible service and very expensive considering it was a small package for only a few miles ended up costing £134.10 inc VAT, Be very careful when using this courier as they like to pass their failings onto you instead of making a 10 second phonecall to ask what name to use at collection point. WIll not use again 0/10
