Nov 15,2023Held our parcel ransom through their own lack of communication to us. Charged an additional extortionate amount of money to deliver next day. On this occasion the cheapest was definitely not the best. Such a shame as this was our first dealings with this Company. Be careful when using them, I would recommend trying elsewhere first!

Nov 10,2023Booked a courier at 4pm to pick up from Guildford as the price was reasonable, despite some of the 1 star reviews here. They subsequently sent me an out of hours supplement which was 30% on top of the original price. I opted to have it delivered the next morning instead at a designated time, as it didn't incur this extra charge. That morning I got an email to say they couldn't pick it up at the agreed time and wouldn't give me a new time as it was a difficult place to get to - despite the fact they knew the pick up address from the day before. Total waste of time and would not recommend using.

Oct 27,2023Couldn't fault the biker. My only issue was that there was no feedback on the tracking so I had no idea when the biker was going to arrive, if ever as the site didn't show the job as allocated, despite it being marked as urgent. I ended up having to phone to find out what was happening.

Oct 17,2023The whole transaction from start to end was very good. The driver was pleasant and very friendly. The only thing that was not helpful was that when it comes to paying for the service there is a bit of discrepancy on the information provided. There are two options either pay online or call and pay by card. The later one is incorrect.

Nov 17,2023The service was more prompt than I could have expected and the driver friendly and courteous. I have never used such a service before because it is so expensive but stress levels were high and needs must. Those of us involved all agree this was money well spent.
