Sep 21,2023the Michigan dog shirt is very small, and is not stretch as the description said it would be. also cost twice what a large pet supply would have charged. I try to use small businesses when possible but this shows it doesn't work well. I measured my dog and chose medium according to that. this shirt is a small at most. Might fit if it actually was stretch material but it is not. have to return or give away. waste of money.

Sep 17,2023Their policy is “I don’t care if it doesn’t work out” the buggy” didn’t fit my child’s needs for that they automatically said we couldn’t return it because they assumed we already used it it’s been in the box at only 4 days of it being delivered they said 30 days return but they didn’t want to hear it plain and simple they might as well say “ no returns” now I’m stuck with something I don’t need because it didn’t work for my child very disappointed do not buy if you have doubts just don’t buy ..

Sep 22,2023Bought a new Schutt youth helmet. Missing bolt for face mask, chin strap missing two snaps, and 2 bolts and nuts. Also missing 2 snaps per side for the jaw pads which go through the shell (total of 4). Holes we're not drilled through shell. Customer service sent me parts twice. Got parts for face mask and chin strap Still never got the the 4 gripper stud rivet snaps that go through the helmet shell and get pressed together for the jaw pads. Customer service never sent these last four parts. Had to find a used helmet to get by for the season. Helmet will still be good for next year if customer service would send the last of the missing parts.
