So far so good. Staff was amazing as they caught a mistake that I had made of ordering a couple things that I didn’t mean to. Was super refreshing to see somebody help you through the process. Haven’t received packages or equipment yet to know how it will work.

Great Helmet and Equipment, Ships Incredibly fast, and great quality. But, it cost $200 or more to buy a helmet off of this site when you can get it for cheaper on the brands site. The Return is also Expensive so make sure you know what you’re getting before you buy anything.

Great customer service and very helpful completing my order . The only issue for me was I didn't know mask and chin strap were extra . Should clarify that when ordering I don't know if there was a glitch in the computer world. Otherwise very happy with service and getting equipment on time for camp

Did not end up receiving the helmet I ordered due to the last one y’all had being damaged. I went online to see if y’all had the same one in white before y’all issued the refund and it showed that y’all didn’t have any. The next day after you issued the refund y’all told me you had it in white after having suggested a totally different brand the day before. Then you couldn’t cancel the refund to ship the white one. It’s been 5 days since I ordered the helmet and still do not have my $583 back in my account and I need a helmet by Saturday morning. This has been a waste of my time, and bad customer service.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a matte white Riddell helmet on a Friday and chose 2 day shipping as I needed the helmet by the following Friday. Late Monday afternoon I received an email stating that helmet was no long avail and they suggested a Schutt helmet and had the link to a Schutt in the email. I did not want a Schutt because we have had one and do not like them. I even went to the website to see if they had the same helmet I ordered but in regular white because I would have just gotten it instead of matte but the website showed both the matte and regular white out of stock. They had already taken the almost 600 out of my account and had not even processed a refund once they realized they did not have that helmet. I emailed them back, and called and left a message. The following day I received an email from them apologizing and saying they had one in stock when I placed the order but when they went to ship it, they noticed it was damaged and that they only had regular white in the size I needed and also stated they had now processed a refund and it would take 2-5 days to be back in my account. Why they failed to mention in the original email that they had the regular white in stock in the size I needed if I wanted it is beyond me so I called customer service to see if they could cancel the refund that they just processed 2 hours ago and ship me the regular white since I’m on a time crunch and the regular white would be fine and they said no. They have no way to cancel the refund. Any good company would have figured out a way to cancel the refund and send the reg white one to me to make things right and continue receiving my business. Especially considering I’ve spent thousands of dollars there. Therefore I have to wait 2-5 days to receive my refund and then go buy a helmet in person that won’t even have the color face mask I need so I will then have to order that separately and my son won’t have his helmet in time for it to be certified through the league he plays in and they are only certifying them that one day! I have ordered from this company Multiple times but this was very unprofessional. A company should do better with inventory checks and checking for damage before they allow you to order from them and withdraw hundreds of dollars from your account. Then to not even mention they have the SAME helmet in regular white and for it to not show on the website is ridiculous. Then after they knew my situation and knew they now caused a big mess to not even call me back before processing the refund and then to not expedite my refund or even cancel it and ship the reg white one to me is complete and totally ridiculous and bad business. I have spent thousands through this company but they won’t get my business ever again! Save your time and money and go through grid iron, academy, scheels or somewhere else!
