Product availability and prompt shipment made this purchase worth the extra cost. My grandson says it is the most comfortable football helmet he has ever worn. Safety ratings were most important to me in making the purchase.

I received my son’s helmet very fast, I was really happy with that. The helmet had a pretty deep dime sized gouge in it when I opened the box, and I was pretty bummed about that. I know it’s going to get used and abused, but disappointing to pay $400 for a damaged helmet. My son didn’t like the way the helmet fit, and he chose to use his old helmet instead so I started a return. The cheapest way to return it was $60 with UPS and that’s also pretty lame. Learned the hard way to try a helmet on at the store before ordering online I guess.

With my son starting football camp next week I was pressed with time to find the F7 VTD helmet in Maroon(the only color his school allow). Thank goodness I'm only a couple hours away from Sports Unlimited! I was able to get the helmet, with all the attachments he needed and have it shipped to me in 3-4 days!! I am very very satisfied with the entire process, from the product needed, to ordering down to shipping. I will definitely continue to do business with sports unlimited. Thankyou so much, you guys made my son's 1st varsity year off to a great start.

I needed a matt navy varsity speedflex but unfortunately it wasn't in stock in the size required. We instead ordered a matt white one that was shipped super fast and received in 2 business days. The 2 day shipping was a God send - we had it painted and ready for my son's first scrimmage within 5 days of placing the order - he was so happy!
