Jul 30,2023Ordered an item paid for Xpress shipping. Had to have item by Thursday but somehow package got delayed either by shipping late or FedEx issue so called to see if I can get another one shipped and they did not want to. They kept saying let’s see if the first one shows up, they eventually agreed, and I got my item on Sunday, the original package still is delayed two weeks later and still have not received. Only after begging, was able to get what I paid but way late.

Jul 29,2023As an overseas buyer, I'm always hesitant to purchase abroad, but even with me screwing up the shipping address, and them confirming the change to the correct, it put me at ease. Shipping got to me early 👍, and it was everything I paid for, only downside was the shipping cost, as I got charged for shipping every item, even though it came in the same box. Overall, will definitely recommend to future team mates buying overseas

Aug 01,2023Helmet and facemask are great. Only issue was with the chinstrap. Apparently the inner screw piece is not included with the chinstrap. The chinstrap cannot be connected without these parts. It's fine if they are not included, but it should be very clear to the customer that if a chinstrap is purchased, the inner connectors also need to be purchased. I did not know they weren't included.
