I feel that there's got to be a way to keep up to date on our loan and the balance and if we need to make any adjustments online ourselves we can do so as customers not being able to have any of that access online or on the app. It's really difficult and really frustrating. If the company can make some adjustments to give us members and customers the ability to do something like that, that would be great and then also having helpful reminders of what payments are coming out of where we sit up to date. I don't feel that this company is helping customers of being able to make any adjustments or changes or you know things like that. So if that would be some sort of adjustment that could be made. Also having customer service available a little bit more open times later times that would be great cuz not everyone has all 9:00 to 5:00 job to you know take care of their bills or call to have questions of concerns
Spotloan is great when you need a loan. It's best if you pay off your loan early to avoid interest and extra charges but the payments are low (you can actually choose your payments).

Quick and easily process
I like you loan payment amounts. I just dislike the way you have your online payments. I would prefer to pay additional amounts online instead of having to call and making the additional payment by phone. Otherwise, I would prefer to use your service over the other Loan Company I am currently using primarily.
