Feb 21,2022I would like to thank Sprintzeal for the opportunity to have an online class. The trainer Mr. Durga Phuyal is having excellent knowledge about the program and his work experience as a project manager helped us understand the concepts more easily. His idea of illustrating the concepts was quite fascinating. The method of introducing quizzes after the end of every module boosted my learning confidence and curiosity to know more about project management. My overall journey with Sprintzeal was highly satisfactory. The most important thing that I liked about this program is the small batch size. Because of this one-to-one interaction with the trainer was more convenient. Getting timely resources ie. course materials and communications from Sprintzeal was very helpful to be on track.

Feb 21,2022Training schedule was well put together and provides all the basics to build on. Schedule was very fast paced with test on subject matter after each segment. Testing was sometimes difficult due to the fast pace of training. Overall satisfied and worth the cost.

Feb 18,2022I am a business customer and have purchased dozens of courses. I mistakenly pay over $2000 to a closed account that has been used before. They state that the payment had been refused and I have to pay again for my students. After months they inform me that the payment was successful, but by policy the return cannot take place before 50 working days. To my reminders they reply to be patient because there is the covid. I paid on October 14 and today February 18 they are not paying and they don't even respond to the emails anymore.

Feb 10,2022The instructor Muhamad T. for the PMP Exam training was very patient and took the time to explain each topic in detail. He also gave guidance on topics which will be useful for me to apply in my organization. Definitely a course which will help advance my career and definitely prepared me for my PMP Exam. However Sprintzeal as a whole does not follow their own policies and procedures. Myself and my colleague are still waiting on a refund which was approved over a month ago by Sprintzeal and we were told it would happen within 21 days. We email constantly and just get (it will be given at soonest available) but no direct answer. This is HIGHLY unacceptable especially when you have to reimburse your company which paid for the course.

Feb 09,2022The instructor spent a ton of time jumping around the 400+ slide PowerPoint which made it difficult to follow along. There could have been a benefit to slow the course down a fair amount and throw in some hands-on training instead of living out of a PowerPoint presentation. They solicited reviews (forced video testimony) before we were even done with the course, and the instructor who was being reviewed didn't leave the call. It was extremely awkward, and kind of backward. While the instructor knows what he is talking about for his knowledge on AWS, he didn't know the answers to several questions in the knowledge check portions of the PowerPoint presentation (A simple check before starting the lectures would have made a big difference). While there are some things I can take away and have a better understanding of AWS, the overall experience was highly lackluster.

Feb 09,2022The training has been pretty good. Not amazing, but not bad either. I think the training goes a little bit too quickly which might be because there is a ton of stuff to cover, but it would be nice to go a little slower so we could follow along a little better. That being said, they did provide us with recordings of the trainings, so it is possible to go back through them and review the content again. The trainer's English was solid, but their accent was sometimes a bit of a barrier to understand. I would have also liked to have a little more focus on how the different AWS services could be used in different real world scenarios. Sometimes how to use the service was explained in detail, but there wasn't much about why you might use that particular service in the real world. Overall not too bad, but not the best training I've been to.

Jan 22,2022Overall AES Solution Architect Training is very good. Instructor was very good on theoretical, Practical and preparation of scenario type questions. We do get details on each topic with PDF and video recording for later review. I recommend to other students.

Feb 24,2022Overall is a great experience. The instructor covers all topics that are expected to appear on the PMP exam, and provides very useful information on the type of questions and the right thinking that should be applied for the exam. I also think I have been learning a lot on a different approach of project management which is Agile. The course have also helped me to think about processes and tools that can be implemented in my day to day projects.
