The instructor was very knowledgeable and went through all aspects of the course in a practical manner which was very beneficial. The instruction is also exam focused with many opportunities to take training learned back to exam questions. Mar 21,2021I enjoyed the PMP prep course very much. My instructor (Biswa) is very knowledgeable and I feel he prepared me to take the PMP exam. The course is well laid out in a logical fashion and the concepts were explained in layman's term and were very easy to understand. I would highly recommend Sprintzeal if you are looking to further your career as a PMP or other Management efforts.

Mar 20,2021AVOID: If you’re looking for PMP test prep, you will be very disappointed with SprintZeal. This is a virtual company run from India with no quality control and no proprietary materials. SprintZeal’s purported test prep is no more than a PMBOK overview, it is not specifically focused on passing the exam. I attended SprintZeal’s 8-11 March in-person 10-13 March course in Tampa, Florida. The date change was due to SprintZeal having to replace an instructor who did nothing more than read from the slides verbatim. Additionally, this was supposed to be a live in-person course; however, it was effectively a virtual class in which I was the sole student in the room with the instructor. The class was taught over WebEx, and the focus was on the virtual students. Prior to the class, I had an uneasy feeling when I was told to bring my laptop and was sent WebEx links; I sent several emails asking about the structure of the class and whether it was in fact a live, in-person class and received vague replies. Upon attending the first day of class, my suspicions were confirmed, it wasn’t truly a live class. I immediately called SprintZeal requesting a refund; I specifically did not want to take a virtual class. “Jason” the SprintZeal rep on the phone would not give a refund and insisted on giving him some time to correct this. The class was rescheduled to now run from Wed – Sat; although the new instructor was experienced and qualified, I was disappointed in the approach. This is a 35-hour overview of the PMBOK, IT IS NOT A TEST PREP COURSE. SprintZeal exculusively used the PMI materials, there were no proprietary materials provided, no exam-specific materials provided, and the instructor did not attempt to specifically focus in on how to pass the exam. During the course I asked the instructor if he had taken the new version of the exam, and he scoffed at me, stating that he has only taken the PMP exam once, and will never take it again. Hey SprintZeal, don’t you think your instructor should have actually taken the exam in its current form? If this were a well-run company, the instructors would be pre-screened, the rooms would be checked for suitability and functionality, and there would be some proprietary materials to supplement the PMI materials, were any of these done? Nope, Nope, and Nope. Please learn from my mistakes and find another company for your PMP test prep needs. March, 19, 2021

Mar 14,2021My experience has been really nice. I for one liked the fact that my batch had few persons so we had time to cover a lot of area. Also the response time from the support team was fast so anytime I had challenges it was resolved real time. I would definitely recommend sprintzeal to me colleagues anytime.

Mahesh was excellent presenting course material as well as providing details outside of the formal content by explaining how it applies to real customers. He has helped me tremendously and I feel more prepared to take the exam. Not only he focused on knowledge but he also prepared the group to be good test takers. Mar 01,2021The overall aspect from beginning to end was great minus a few technical issues during the classes due to video and audio issues. Jack, Brijesh Nair and everyone else were very solicitous to our needs as well as attentive. I would give a #10 or top shelf to our instructor Mr. Brijesh Nair is TOP SHELF. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! Not only does he listen but he takes constructive feedback from the students on how to make the classes better. I recommended giving real life examples that can help connect the concepts we are studying to the real world and that was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am planning on taking some additional courses with this team.

Feb 25,2021My overall experience taking the CompTIA A+ with sprintzeal was great ! this is my first online training experience and they made it as easy as possible for me. The materials they provided is very rich in content and easy to understand no matter your educational background. I want to commend my Trainer Vidyasagar Chaudhary who is very patient and also very detailed in his teachings . I will recommend sprintzeal anyday to anyone who is looking to get a CompTIA A+ certification and I can assure you will be well grounded by the quality of training you will get .

Feb 25,2021Was feeling a little overwhelmed by the amount of information and the speed with which we were going through it, but Swati was able to adapt her approach and truly impressive breadth of knowledge to my needs and I had a much better time comprehending the information after that. I would say that it does sometimes feel like more of a sprint through content than a sequential buildup of knowledge, and some built-in checkpoints and exercises would be helpful.

The live course has been a great experience, being 2 in the classroom helped to kept the efficiency at the top through the 3 days.

Mar 28,2021My experience has been wonderful. This has been my 3rd time going over this information and my instructor, Muhamad Thasveer, has been amazing! He made the information easy to understand and I never left class feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information shared. Even though it was a lot of information given at a fast pace he made it all relevant to real world experience. The Sprintzeal staff ( mainly Alex Wood) was amazing. Very responsive and timely. Alex and Muhamad, were very helpful in making sure I had all of the materials I needed for class. I love it!
