Jul 04,2023A pen torch described as LED very clearly wasn't when tested - it's a filament bulb. Otherwise the torch was well made. The description also didn't make clear that the torch was for pupil size estimation only. The lady who answered my queries did so very patiently & courteously, entirely to my satisfaction. She also said that she would raise the points I made with the QA department. I have given this review 5 stars because it is very clear that SP Services value their business integrity.

Jun 15,2023The item I ordered, I was told was no longer available but was still shown on the website. The website order failed so then nothing happened until I phoned to find out what was going on. I was then sent a similar item, but which was half the quantity at the same price. I.e. I ordered Celox Gauze 3m, I got Celox Gauze 1.5m, but was charged the price for the 3m. However, after discussion with Customer Service, they understood the issue, have corrected the website, apologised, and more than fairly compensated me for problems and issues with this order.

May 04,2023We wanted to purchase an AED for our manufacturing site Ceandess in Wolverhampton I was able to pop into the reception in Telford and was met by the super lovely Emma Jarvis, who had such a wealth of knowledge about the product range, their functions and quality of different brands of machine etc.. I received a prompt quotation for the 2 types of machine I wanted to look at and was able to make an informed decision on the purchase, I was applied discount which I did not ask for it was just offered and checking pricing against internet searches they are more than competitive. We will definitely be using SP services for any further medical purchases that we require in the future.
