Dec 08,2017My order of new bindings went missing via DPD - although not responsible for DPD I emailed Sputnik and a member of staff got back to me - they were genuinely concerned and helpful. Turns out the DPD delivery driver messed up and delivered to the wrong location. Sputnik followed up with an e-mail after I received my order to confirm everything was sorted out. So, while while not the most straightforward transaction this was through no fault of Sputnik who dispatched my order really quickly and seemed to care when things went wrong at the hands of the delivery company.
