Apr 04,2017As I ordered from France, with a DE account, to my parents place their system detected a fraud, they ask my proof (bill, bank statement) but I couldn't provide immediately, so they ask me to pay with Paypal and refund me. I did that and 5 days later I received my snowboard :) Great contact with Adam, I recommend this shop ! Thanks you again !

Mar 22,2017I bought some snowboard boots for the best price I could find on the internet. Item was just as described. Delivery was in principle good, but UPS delivery was attempted when I was not at home and no card was left. I had to contact Sputnik customer service for tracking details to find out where my parcel was when I thought delivery had taken too long (One week after ordering). Costumer service provided the details quickly and in a friendly manner, but perhaps they could have included the tracking number in the shipment notification email to save some time and effort.

May 23,2017Ordered some boots on wed 17 may and paid for next day shipping. Didn't receive them until Monday 22May. Need the boots as was going away on sat . When I rang about the problem they said they would get back to but didn't. They just put the next day delivery back in my account. So sent the boots back which they dealt with well. Initially not a good service but then dealt with return fine
