Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend them for everything snowboarding plus bonus they do skateboarding stuff as well, which is a double winner in my book.

Bought a jacket online, jacket arrived very quickly, unfortunately the jacket did not fit, the item was refunded quickly when returned. I would highly recommend Sputnik based on the service I received.

I was in the shop looking for something to buy my son for his birthday with no idea what these kids like nowadays. I was assisted by a lovely young lady who talked me through everything in the shop and helped me find the perfect gift. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was also impressed with the reasonable price of all products, It was refreshing to feel I wasn't getting ripped off.

Friendly outgoing staff that were happy to help me with all my annoying questions. Prices were no higher than online, which is a surprise taking into account the kind of advice I was given.

Easy to use website and quick delivery with a yummy sweet surpise in the box. Excellent product, I bought the Burton Lexa Snowboard Bindings in Crime Scene Red. They were the cheapest price I could find, great for a beginner Snowboarder. I also visited the store a few weeks ago to enquire about boots, the lady was really helpful and had a wealth of knowledge :0).

I have used sputniks website to order from many times and have made the trip to their store for advice on boots. Not only were the team hugely welcoming and friendly, making you feel instantly comfortable, but they went above and beyond to help me with my query. I left feeling very happy and will be returning this winter
