Feb 02,2017I am not a serial reviewer or rater of online stores or service providers. However, I did feel I had to provide a review for Sputnik Snowboard Store. They were first class to deal with, despite me ordering the wrong size jacket, they were happy to take it back. Communication was quick, to the point and friendly. In particular, Jayne and Anna who, I assume look after web orders. Both were fantastic to deal with. They went to the trouble of reserving a new jacket whilst the original was returned, dispatched the replacement immediately and even chucked in a packet of sweets! Can't praise them highly enough!!

Feb 01,2017Excellent source for Burton binding spares which were delivered just in time for my next holiday. Whilst only a small item it's surprising just how many places or "larger" enterprises really don't give a stuff about spares and only focus on the bigger sale. Thanks Sputnik! Haribo always a winner.

Feb 01,2017Contacted sales team about sizing before ordering heard back within an hour or so with all the information I needed. Ordered late (about 9/10pm) on Wednesday standard delivery, turned up on Friday! Brilliant service, Awesome jacket! Would definitely order from again!

I was kept up to date with progress of the order which was picked and shipped the next day. Estimated shipping was 5-7 working days. I received the goods on the 3rd working day.
