I started hosting a site with Squidix in 2015 and now host 5 including a softball team website for my daughter. Highly recommended them because they were the only hosting company that actually cared about my site and helped me migrate it as part of my hosting package. When I compared the costs with SSL, email, backups and migration the other guys were about $200 more per year! I had a coupon from web hosting talk and they honored it saving me even more money. My only issue is that I can't reach them on their phones on weekends except through their ticket system but to be honest they are always fast replying so I really never had a problem. They also helped me with my primary website with a WordPress plugin that was giving me trouble and fixed in in a day after my previous developer took two weeks and still couldn't fix it.
I had been with my web hosting company for over 15 years but like with many large companies, the quality of the service and support deteriorated markedly over time. After they recently made changes to their web server configuration which effectively broke all of the online systems my business relies on, and having the systems down for a total of over 3 weeks, I decided enough was enough. I looked around for high quality web hosting companies, and came across Squidix. It seemed to be highly recommended. So I opened an account with them and asked them to transfer my website over. It wasn't as smooth as we would have liked but that was no fault of Squidix. There were some challenges getting everything done but their tech support worked hard to get the website transferred and up and running quickly. I'm very pleased with the support provided by Squidix and look forward to being with them for many years. They are great to deal with and are very responsive. I can highly recommend them.

I am a marketing person not much of a web person. But when my old hosting company increased my prices to $100 a month I knew it was time to get out. Squidix has been great they made the process quick and easy for me. They came highly recommended and I can see why.

Squidix is an excellent web host. I've migrated 14 web sites to their server and it was quick and easy. Best of all the Let's Encrypt let me change these http sites to https at NO ADDITIONAL COST. I was with hostmonster and to get set up with https was a huge expense, complex and time consuming. With squidix it was delightfully easy. I did need some support during the migrations and what a difference that was from hostmonster - quick, technically correct, friendly. On top of that the Squidix price was lower than hostmonster. Squidix = Excellent Value.
Squidix has been my hosting provider for a year now. Not once has there been noticeable downtime. Stellar support, I don't get the review posted by someone else stating they have slow support. I get replies within 30 mins which is amazingly fast compared to HostGator or Namecheap which I have been with that is extremely annoying. Prices are honest and upfront and very reasonable. Squidix is a godsend company that works for customers! Keep it up!!
They are a good company, the only problem is they don't have 24/7 support and chat not available most of the time. Support only 9am to 5pm est on weekdays, no support on week-ends. must be a very small company on their site We take support seriously. Our agents are available 24/7, and our phones are staffed by US based customer service agents. No cheap outsourced support here! Totally false statement Had to change review. Stay away they have no support. They don't answer even the phone After some clarifications about their 24/7 support I've decided to change rating. It's not the 24/7 support usually somebody would expect from a web host. At the moment there is only one person in charge of problems after regular business hours. They are supposed to add more staff next year. Despite this I would still recommended over other web host I`ve tried over the last few years.
Our website crashed and these guys fixed it and were reasonable in what they charged to do it. We have used them twice and the same great service and a reasonable price both times. If we have another problem that is where I will go for help!!
I have used Squidix for over 5 years and love them. They have been an amazing company to work with through out the years. From tech support to excellent up-time they have been Exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am still blown away by the amount of incredible customer support I received while migrating my websites over to Squidix from BH. The Squidix team provides the best support I have ever experienced from a hosting company. They handled everything and made it all so easy for me! I am used to getting in and rolling up my sleeves and having to do the tech fixes myself and this was not the case with Squidix. Such a relief to be able to refocus on creating good content instead. I cannot sing their praises loud enough! I would recommend them to anyone.
I have had no problems with them. And my site updates really quickly when I make changes.
Thank God for Squidix. After 2 long years of jumping from company to company, I finally found someone I can trust. The other companies made promises to get my money but never produced after payment. Squidix provided the help the others promised. Squidix kept their promises and saved me a ton of money.
I am so pleased with how easy the Squidix team made the migration. They answered all of my many questions and went above and beyond to help clean up my sites and set me up for what will be a long future with this hosting company.

Apr 26,2024I had been with Squidix for a few years. I LOVED them at first. Ever since their last server update or whatever they did, my website never worked right and it turns out to be THEIR server. Ever since moving to a new server with a new company it works right again. Their server kept giving me a 'resource limit' and then Google ads would never show. I always assumed it was my site because it is a larger site. Turns out that was not the case and my programmers were right. However, even that isn't what prompted me to come write a review. Afterall, for years, up until recently, I actually praised this web host. What was the 'icing on the cake' for me is waking up this morning to a notice that my credit card was used for my invoice for their services. How is this a problem? 1) My invoice is not due until May 1st. It is April 26th. 2) I always have to go in to select the card and make payment. It is not automatically done. I never authorized automatic payments. And I've paid up until the day before - never had my card charged without authorization. Until today - conveniently after my site was moved to another hosting company. So after years of praise, after this morning and dealing with about a year of horrible hosting issues, I regretfully am updating my review of Squidix to a 1 star. They are now no better than other 'junk' hosting companies 1) Because of their server issues which they constantly denied and would fight with the programmers about who issues it was and now 2) charging my credit card without my consent. I can no longer honestly recommend them. I have since canceled my service and had to file with my bank to get my money back after getting no further response after Squidix claimed they would 'make it right'. In their previous email they claimed 'Per our Terms of Service, we typically charge the cards 2-3 weeks prior to service date.' However, 1) on their website that is NOT listed. I downloaded and read ALL of their listed TOS to verify. 2) Of the 3 years I was with them they NEVER charged my card without me manually doing it. I get an INVOICE 2-3 weeks prior to the service date, but my card was NEVER charged until I was conveniently moving to a new service. I should have NEVER been charged for a month of service that is clearly not being used.
