Jan 10,2024Waiting for my order it's now at the alloted delivery time but its not here. I've contacted customer services... no reply. Says its been dispatched but royal mail tracking is saying they are still waiting for it. So its not even been posted yet! Awful customer services.

Dec 20,2022Extremely disappointed with this company. I bought an item via mail order and found it unsuitable for the purpose I required (no issues with the garment) so I contacted srfdry as per their returns policy to initiate a return. That was over a week ago, and I have neither an acknowledgement or reply. I have tried telephoning several times and get no response. Should I receive contact from srfdry, I shall update this review, but until then I would advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with this supplier.

Oct 05,2021I love my SRFDRY products. Always good quality and well thought out. I am a repeat customer. My recent purchase didn’t quite go to plan and an error was made. However, Dave at SRFDRY was quick to resolve the issue and kept his word. In my experience you find out the true nature of a company when things go wrong and SRFDRY did not disappoint

Sep 21,2021The reason for one star is they sent out wrong size of coat promised a return slip and would send out the right size …after phoning them for a week they don’t answer calls ..sent 2 emails never answered them..so I’m left with a coat that is to small due to their mistake…no refund no return slip no replies from them …so really bad customer service

Aug 21,2021These are super comfy and keep you warm. I don't like alot od fleeces but these are super soft and you are really protected from the wind, we had brought them for wearing after paddleboarding was constantly worn by our grandaughter when we took her away with us , she called it her hug

Jul 28,2021SRFDry Towel Robe With so many towel robes out there it’s usually pot luck which one to go for. Anyone who has swum with me will know I more often than not flip a towel around my waist hop around on one leg, slide my wet trunks off then try to pull my boxers on without flashing my bits to the world, 9 times out of ten I’m successful. I do own a towel robe by one of the larger robe companies but never take it out as it’s bulky and very heavy even when dry. So what is different, I hear you ask? Well, not much really as it functions in a very similar way to the leading brands. However, it’s a very generous fit allowing you to change underneath with ease and has a large kangaroo pouch hand warmer pocket front and centre. But the feature I like most is the two slits in the side seam at waist level which allows access, making pulling your underwear on a breeze. There is also large hood which you can fit a bobble hat or a flat cap under. It’s light, compact and fits in your swim kit bag easily. It washes well and dries quickly too. So impressed with this robe my wife now has a pink one in her swim bag. Johnny Hartnell
