As I usually do for every new online shop I purchase from, I sent in a list of questions regarding what I want to buy with little expectation for the answers. The next day I was surprised to receive 2 videos and a lot of explanations. Great communication from the start. All my questions received good answers until all was clear and I made up my mind. I needed the guitar to be shipped at a later time so it was reserved and shipped at the agreed time. I was offered free setup before shipping but the factory setup seemed already good. I ordered a soft bag too and they also threw in some freebies. Very satisfied up to this point. Then I received the package, well packaged, plenty of polystyrene filling inside the big box. Great service until the end. I am very satisfied, will buy again without hesitation. Regarding the guitar: Furch OM-SR Vintage 2. In my humble opinion: Technically perfect, flawless craftmanship, perfect size for comfort, aesthetically beautiful, hard to believe there is so much technology put in this very classic/vintage-looking instrument, sounds fantastic.

Aug 11,2022Overall delivery of the guitar was very good. Packaging was good and delivery time as expected. Service was great. Guitar itself had slight issues regarding the control plate where the pickup switch was/is a bit "stucky" between neck & mid positions. Also volume & tone pots were not aligned straight and pot hats contacted with the control plate creating unwanted friction when rolling the pots. These shouldn't appear in a guitar that costs over 3000 €.
