Jul 10,2022The terms of use published by the seller do not clearly state the case if the customer is not satisfied with the goods sent and therefore withdraws from the purchase. "The costs of returns (of delivery to the customer and transport back to the supplier) incurred on the basis of the customer's right to withdrawal are borne by the customer, even if the customer did not have to pay for delivery." The return fee is of course borne by the buyer if he chooses to cancel the purchase, but according to the seller, the shipping cost paid during the purchase will not be reimbursed - referring to the relevant point of the general terms and conditions. This is not fair to the customer, as the delivery fee paid in connection with the order is not a fee incurred in connection with the customer's intention to cancel. Reimbursement of the delivery cost is unfair, especially if the customer has a quality complaint about the product. This is not a fair trade practice.
