Feb 17,2024I wanted to order online and the website was an issue, I went in person to the store, and they didn't know how to do so, finally they called someone in accounting that assisted me with the website and I was able to order online based on the fact that my method of payment was paypal ( I had to use the digital stands located inside of the store to order. Because the same person from accounting checked my cellphone to order online and said that she did not understand why wasn't working on the cellphone, however to pick up the items was great and fast FYI Ia.very fluent ordering online

Feb 16,2024Would have been 5 stars, but they list steel letters that they cut on an as needed basis as "backordered", instead of "made once order is placed", which almost made me go elsewhere to avoid waiting. I called to see when items were going to be "back in stock", and was told that it would only take a day or two to make the items. Items were here within three days, and look great. They may want to update the way their website reports inventory for items that are created on demand.
