Nov 27,2020i try to be fair with my reviews product looks amazing delivery time very long but was aware of this when ordering packaging needs to be better as some corners of the coping stones were chipped off, probably in transit through various pallets networks, we noticed this when fitting and had to rearrange some of the stones to avoid direct visability in our garden if they came in perfect condition and were more carefully packed this would be 5 stars as quality and workmanship is excellent just the other attributes let the service down, hopefully this will be changed in the future i would definatley use this company again but request possible direct delivery and more saftey packaging i hope i have been fair

Nov 22,2020I ordered 6 pillars all came fully rapped. But one 1 negative 2 of the pillars were chipped I called them they refunded me £60 back and sent me some filler., or I could have had 2 new ones. All Good.

Nov 04,2020They take too long to be delivered from date of order to being delivered (5-6 weeks) . However the biggest problems are two fold. 1. They are way too hard and with a multitude of professional cutting gear they are a struggle to cut and keep a clean edge is an impossibility .2. They lose their colour (slate) within 3 months and the original colour only comes back when they are wet, ie when it rains.
