Dustin measured and installed the blinds with care and efficiency. He was prepared and was finished installing within an hour…including the lesson on and demonstration of our high quality, super-cool blinds! Very nice working with the Stoneside folks!

Feb 06,2025All aspects of this experience were excellent. Jana was of great help in selecting the right blinds for the different rooms. The installer, Alan, came by and double checked the measurements which made me feel great that the installation would be flawless and it was. Alan was incredible doing the installation. On time, professional, explained the operations, and answered all my questions. I will use Stoneside Blinds and Shades again and would ask for Alan to install. Thank you!

The only confusion was the height of the windows and being prepared for that. They were all very genuine and professional, Joe made sure I knew how to work the remotes and John was great to label and organize items for me. They cleaned up after and I’m very satisfied with the shades for our store.

Jan 07,2025First of all the product is excellent. The blinds are well designed and,give the insulation and privacy that I wanted. The two young men, Antoine the salesman and Ryan the installer were each very, very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and likable. They were both very respectful of my home as far as taking off their shoes and making sure there was not a tiny piece of scrap paper or anything left behind.. They were always prompt therefore I am completely satisfied with the product and service. Ryan was most sincere in telling me to phone him if I have any issues with my blinds. I will probably be contacting Antoine for another project. Ryan and Antoine both spoke very highly of Stoneside blinds and shades, which was very refreshing. Stoneside is obviously a very nice company to work for. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! I highly recommend Stoneside without any reservation whatsoever. Purchasing from this company was a most pleasant experience. Thank you Mary Duncan.

While priced rather high, the quality seems really good, and the people who work with Stoneside are friendly, helpful, and insightful. Rebecca Diamond was a great design consultant, and offered a variety of helpful advice on solutions for each of the windows in my home. She made herself available for questions after our initial consultation, and continued to be a great resource throughout the project. Edgardo Sarmiento, the installer, was kind, professional, and efficient in his install. He took good measurements when he came out for the follow up to my consultation with Rebecca, and provided advice for mounting at tricky casement and awning windows. Their manufacturing time was quicker than estimated, and Edgardo did a quick and quality job installing the day we scheduled and was accommodating of timing needs for me. In all, I would highly recommend them, and this team in particular, for any window covering needs you have in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He navigated a tall Ladder with precision while being courteous and respectful of my time . This is is what a professional installer for a high end company should be like.
