The whole process was quick and professional. The shades that we chose are you beautiful and look so nice in our home. We enjoyed Reba with the design process and Trent and John with measuring and installation

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review was that there was quite a delay from when we started because of our windows and mix ups with the product. That said, all of the people were great! Maria kept us informed and her communication was very much appreciated. James helped us all the way through. He’s got a wonderful design sense and helped us pick out the right shades for our space and guided us through the changes in our order. And Dustin is a freakin amazing installer. They gave us a two hour window for the install, and he was in and out in half an hour. Quality product/quality people. We love our shades and my only regret is not ordering another one for my office. Which I’m going to do after writing this :).

I will order again from Stoneside when I'm ready to put additional shades in my home. Every step of process went smoothly and the staff were on-time (actually called to come a little early--great for us). The shades we ordered came quickly and John did a fabulous job measuring and installing them.

Melanie was fabulous and gave me excellent suggestions for my window treatments. This was my second time working with her and I would highly recommend her! Joe came out and measured and then did a meticulous job installing my order. He gave me clear instructions as to how to care for all of the different types of window coverings.

The installer was very efficient in dong the job. It took him about 30 minutes or less to install the shades. He was was very polite and friendly also.

From design consultation to installation our experience with Stoneside was outstanding. We are in a loft with very tall windows. We ended up going with 4 motorized solar shades. It is so nice to ditch the metal chain cord to open and close the shades. Can’t tell you how many times I pulled the wrong cord only to have to step back a few feet to make sure it was even with the one next to it. Having a remote along with the app has eliminated that hassle. Thanks so much to the folks at Stoneside for your quality level of service.

Dustin was very friendly, on time and professional. He deserves a 5 star for service for sure. I am however giving Stoneside a lower rating as their call out fee is $195.00 which I think is very high.

Ryan did a fantastic job solving a light filtering issue that stemmed from a flushed mount (our choice) previously installed window treatments. I highly recommend Stoneside blinds as they are way acoge their competition on customer service, products, and warranty.

Our designer Michelle was extremely knowledgable not only about the product line but what would work great in our house. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Stoneside Shades delivered excellent customer service. The cellular shades look very nice. The window coverings were the last part of a long remodel, and I was grateful to have guidance on selecting shades. The in home consultation h eglped make the process easy, as I had very little knowledge about options. My installer was on time, professional and personable. He communicated clearly how long the job would take and did the work efficiently. He made sure everything worked and all of my questions were answered.
